He's working on a $15,000 appliance job. He's an expert on those machines. He'll have to call you" It wasn't only WHAT he said, but HOW he said it. Super dismissive. Well thanks for letting me know I'm not important because my washer wasn't worth $15,000. Dean called me back and explained that I had to unplug and reset the controls and everything was fine. Why couldn't the guy on the phone just say "He's at another site, but I will find out what's wrong and call you right back or send someone else" Dean you were great, your manager....not so much.
