We have had our seasonal RV Spot for 3 years. Very Family Friendly. The caretakers (Will & Laura) are always present and friendly. They take pride in their jobs. The Bathrooms are being updated along with many other updates and looks great. The grounds are kept clean and the neighboring campers are wonderful. If we ever need anything Will & Laura are so kind and accommodating. This is a place where safety is felt. The caretakers watch and know who comes and goes at all times. We are so happy here. Oh wow!! This is a nice place in Garrison, it is a seasonal RV resort which we are looking for. My husband and two young kids are looking for a spot for out RV for the 2022 season. We talked with the "caretaker" and he was bad news. Rude, smelled like he had been smoking pot really bad, looked as of he was on drugs, he appeared to be very high. When he talked to me it felt creepy, very creepy. When I walk away I felt as if he was watching me, not in a good way. I could not get away from this place fast enough.
