The main and upper level are full of books, media, local art work displays, and conference/tech/study rooms. The one person bathrooms are super large, have hooks for bags, and are gender neutral. When we called they said that they could get us in that afternoon because they had a guy in the area. We asked how much it would be and the lady said $225 an hour and $200 an hour after that. She never said anything about fuel charges. When the guy got to our house he was here for 45 min and charged us $395. When we asked why it was so different then we were quoted he said it was the fuel charges. So they charge $160 to go 10 min. Away and he wasn't even here an hour!!! I would not recommend this company for not being transparent with its costumers.

The last time they charged me $225 which unfortunately is what this type of service cost in my area. The technician was very nice and respectful. We even chatted after he was finished, which was under an hour. They told me that he was there over an hour. He worked for 30 minutes at the most, and we chatted for the rest. I do not believe that I should be charged for chatting, and when any of my previous contractors have worked for me they have never charged me anymore, especially when they put their tools away

At 8 am, I got a call from the person scheduled to do the estimate, saying he was sick and would not be able to make it, but still wanted to talk to me about my needs. I explained to him exactly what I had put in the email to your co. on Feb. 6th. He then stated that he would most likely not be the person I wanted to do business with and stated a price of around $8,500 for a system. This conversation could have been had a week ago and would not have required me to waste my time. He also stated that this is why he wanted to call me as he did NOT WANT TO WASTE HIS TIME DRIVING TO ME. But I guess it is ok to waste my time ?? AQUARIUS HOME SERVICES SUCKS. I called them…read moremid morning when they were busy and they asked me to text them a message with the problem and address. I received a text confirmation and within a few minutes another text saying they could be there in 45 minutes. Their service fixing the kitchen drain was great, courteous, and very affordable. They first snaked it from the sink and then in the basement. They explained what they were doing and made sure things were cleaned up also. Customer service like that is rare and they get a 10 from me.
