The nice ladies at the front desk were very understanding as I realized my blunder, which will now be resolved with a new card being sent to me that I can then pay my bill with once I get it. It was appreciated that the ladies at the front desk were understanding while I was on the phone all that time seeking a resolution. I live over a half hour away from Parkview Family Dentistry, but I continue to go there happily, not just because of their professionalism, but also because I greatly appreciate that a few years ago, they opened up an appointment slot for 7:00AM on Wednesdays for patients whose schedules would make that a much more convenient time, as it is with me since I work third shift.
