Seattle Suds responded to my request for a quote same day and we were able to schedule a visit so I could walk them through the work to build out the quote. While here they explained their process and talked specifically around the considerations they would make for different materials- especially the fence and lattice as older materials can't always take the full force of water. They also washed the easement on the side of the house careful to note that asphalt has a coating and they would treat that carefully as to not compromise the asphalt. The quote was super helpful as it broke down different aspects of the job so I could understand where the costs went up or down. They were able to schedule us quickly as we had our own deadline to get the work done. Our patio has seen 15+ years of Seattle weather and while the original fence has maybe a couple years left in it Seattle Suds work was remarkable in its results. Work was done in a morning. They made themselves available for a last check in before they got started and when done walked the work with us. The gutters were jammed with a few years of needles, branches and pinecones. Salmon Bay came out and literally made our roof and gutters shine like new! We had another company do our windows a couple of years ago and though they were ok, it was the usual method. Also they pulled a screen out of it's frame. But this year again we had PowerTwin do all of our windows and screens. In addition to the usual on the inside of the windows, they use a special super filtered water to rinse the exterior of the windows. We felt the windows stayed cleaner longer as there was absolutely no residue left. My very picky wife said the windows look beautiful. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.
