Incredible service! Alan was very patient with me making a few revisions to the service dated. They showed up right on time. I cannot believe what an incredible job they did on cleaning our roof and gutters! We are underneath many large trees and the roof was full of pine needles and small branches. The gutters were jammed with a few years of needles, branches and pinecones. Salmon Bay came out and literally made our roof and gutters shine like new! There was a lot of debris that they disposed of. The most amazing part was that they FULLY cleaned up the entire area on the ground and hosed the house off as well. When they left there was not one extra pine needle to see! As well, on the invoice they provided before and after photos. I will DEFINITELY hire them for any need that they provide. He brought them back to original color and did not disturb or damage the creeping thyme I have been growing between the pavers. Louis did an AMAZING job with our place. We hired Salmon Bay to clean our gutters, powerwash our house, deck, and driveway and wash our outside windows. He was prompt, polite, and worked from morning to late afternoon and didn't take any breaks (not that we demanded this but he was just a really hard and diligent worker). Working with these guys was great - getting a quote was quick and painless right over Yelp and the pricing was competitive. When time came for work, two gentlemen came by and cleaned the gutters of our 2-story house in the time window, and did a solid job, including giving windows and outside of the gutters a rinse. I also included a cleaning on my shed, which is located in a tricky spot right under a big leaf maple tree. These guys pretty much worked until sundown getting all the leaves off. I've used Salmon Bay for window, gutter and roof blow off since moving to Bellevue, slightly more than a year ago. Last week, I scheduled the routine inside-outside window cleaning, roof blow off and gutter cleaning along with pressure washing. Yair was the employee sent to provide services here. He was very, very thorough on every task. I don't think my windows have every looked better. Removing the screens for cleaning concerned me a bit as I've had trouble with replacing in the past. Yair looked, said "no problem", cleaned all windows, and expertly replaced all the screens. He also did little things like moving the dog gates to clean underneath instead of just going around. As some of the wood in the area of the pressure wash is old, I was worried about possible damage. But all the wood remained intact, so I was happy about that. Our gutters need cleaning as it hasn't been cleaned since we replaced our gutters a few years ago. I contacted highly rated by Yelp three roof and gutter service companies. Salmon Bay was the last one on my list. I chose Salmon Bay because Alan was so punctual and courteous in responding to all my questions besides having a reasonable price. He was honest and straightforward on his bid. So I decided to give my business to them; clean our gutters and remove patches of moss in our roof plus spread some zinc to prevent moss from reappearing. He was able to schedule the work promptly. Francisco came and did an excellent work. He was very polite and courteous in explaining to me all the work he will do. His work was nicely and efficiently done. He cleaned all the surroundings of our house very well. He pointed to me the details of his work. He even removed the elbow of our downspout to clean the blockage. The best thing I really liked about Salmon Bay is they sent me the before and after pictures of our gutters (see sample pictures). That of itself is a good business practice. I highly recommend them. Jared showed up at the appointed time ready to work and we did a quick and thorough walk-through. Jared worked the whole time he was here diligently and meticulously cleaning each of the windows and their casings with great care. Luis showed up halfway during the day to help with the job and both of them completed it in a timely and efficient manner, now my windows are completely clean and I can continue to paint around the windows as needed. Very impressed. Their employee , Roberto, arrived at 11 am, stayed all the way till 4 pm to clean our roof. He blew the roof of the pine needles, cleaned the gutters, took a metal brush and took off the moss manually, blew all the debris from the roof off our yard and even hosed down our windows and walkways. He then applied the zinc sulphate powder. Roberto was efficient, cheerful and respectful. At $380+tax for our ~1850 soft home, Prices were competitive.
