Once again. Came today, on time!! Excellent communication and flexibility when scheduling. We had another company do our windows a couple of years ago and though they were ok, it was the usual method. Also they pulled a screen out of it's frame. But this year again we had PowerTwin do all of our windows and screens. In addition to the usual on the inside of the windows, they use a special super filtered water to rinse the exterior of the windows. We felt the windows stayed cleaner longer as there was absolutely no residue left. My very picky wife said the windows look beautiful. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed. read more

In a phone conversation, they said they are actually twin sisters who started this service during the pandemic. PowerTwin cleaned 18 windows and sliding-glass doors, interior and exterior, for our home. Their window cleaning and business practices more than lived up to their creative and energetic name. Well here I am, leaving a yelp for a service I hadn't thought to use in my 45 years of life. I started helping my parents with their rental properties and a friend mentioned I should get the grimy windows cleaned. I procrastinated because I thought I could do it myself..... BIG MISTAKE NO JUST NO. A case of windex and 14 rolls of paper towels ( because who gets a newspaper anymore?) I was cursing myself because I realized I couldn't do the outside of the second story windows and I was making a cloudy mess because these windows were drrrty. So I looked up local window cleaning and was stoked to see these 2 girls who are the" PowerTwins ". I was skeptical when they gave me estimate because they are pretty short and I was wondering how they were going to get the upstairs because I couldn't either. They rolled out this crazy pole thing with a tank and went to workon the upstairs. Then they came into the house and hand did every window.. Seriously, I can't believe that there are people who clean windows without streaks. Not one streak. They did the insides and outside of the house and the difference is INSANE. My parents and the new tenant couldn't believe it , because the tenant thought I painted the walls between her seeing the house and picking up the keys. Pluses- On time, really quick with getting back to me and they are super friendly!!!. I haven't seen many young people work that hard and be in a good mood about it. The price was right, reasonable enough for me to have extra to tip them, I was that happy with the result. Super Pluses- they are twins which is pretty adorable, ( I'm a mother , not a creep) and they used walkie talkies to communicate which struck me as really professional. Cons- they did nothing wrong at all , so I can't even make an excuse why we won't be hiring these ladies again. They didn't even bend a screen. People, I dont even know how to take a screen off a window. They are scheduled to clean my parents 2 other properties and Im think of getting a maintenance plan once they deep clean them- they apparently clean the tracks and we can't wait to see how those houses come out because thd tenants have doggies and I know they are pretty ... well... yeah. This is one of those things one can't live with out once you get it once. Clean windows.... who knew??? read more

We are a construction company have seen the PowerTwin ladies perform some miracles on 2 apartment complexes that we have done work in. They were hard working and cleaned some very dusty grimy windows on the building. We were impressed with the difference after the cleaning. They use some type of long pole and got the 3rd story clean. Not having people on ladders and lifts is very safe and we are glad to see the new generation of window cleaning, as we we hadn't seen that type of equipment before. On one of our buildings, they did the insides of the units and the management was raving about these " tiny twins who work like machines". They told us the windows were perfect. I heard about PowerTwin Window Wash through our local NextDoor App, as someone was raving about them on there. I was instantly intrigued and motivated to hire them after reading their review, but I was even more impressed after contacting them by phone and speaking to them directly. Upon first interaction with Bella over the phone, you could simply feel her enthusiasm and sincerity. You could just that tell this was a team who takes pride in their work. Communication and scheduling was fluid, quick and easy. A simple window count, some photos and texts can get you a quick quote, or in more complicated jobs, they're willing to do a site visit. When the day finally came, they were communicative of their arrival time, punctual and got right to work. They were extremely detail oriented, and worked very efficiently with Walkie-talkies with one sister on each side of the window to ensure that not a single spot was missed, inside or out. Not only were they so pleasant and friendly to work with, but they also did phenomenal work. My house feels brand new now that I have squeaky clean sparkling windows. I would not hesitate for moment to recommend them, and I already have, to friends and clients. I'm so happy to have met Bella and Indira. So much respect for such hard working sisters. PowerTwin Window Wash is amazing! Friendly professionals, courteous, clean, well organized and superiorly equipped with all the up to date cleaning technology and equipment. I was amazed to learn they filter their water so water marks are not left behind. They use environmentally friendly cleaning products safe for use around plants, trees, shrubs and pets. They use steam cleaning technology on the window tracks and frames. They even removed, cleaned and replaced the screens. We are extremely satisfied. Wow, these two are incredible! We have a 3, almost 4 story house, and they reached every window, inside and out and it's the cleanest they've every been.
