Normally, I only want to talk to my insurance agent just after an emergency or unplanned misfortune, and I was looking forward to this discussion with the same apprehension that precedes, say, getting a cavity filled...but Emily has that rare ability to address your questions directly, thoughtfully, and with a refreshing lack of technical jargon. When called every time, they picked up the telephone right away and resolved the issue(s), if any, satisfactorily. Last September, I had an insurance claim. The claim process was painless and very easy. I was able to submit the claim on the State Farm app on my phone. State Farm recommended Sam's Auto Body and I am glad they did. She really wanted to help and had spoke about various jobs before and wanting to give to the community.
