I've read a lot of reviews that said that they didn't meet the doctor until the day of surgery, I did. Dr. Gutierrez was really helpful in clearing up any misunderstandings and my pre-op nurse was a sweetheart. The front desk wasn't that great, but I'm not a real whiner about things like that. I guess the deciding factor for my next review will be my experience on the day of the procedure. Right now it could go either way.

The check-in process was very easy with minimal paperwork, and then I was taken into an office to get some photos of my face taken. The procedure itself was painless and Candace had such a gentle touch! She explained everything she was doing as she worked and nothing she did felt too aggressive.
