My family has been coming to see Rosenburg, Berman, and Fox for over 25 years. They are professional dentists and friendly. Laurel is one of the best Hygienist ever. She has over 31 years of experience and so gentle but does such a great job. The front staff are every friendly and explain everything so well to us. They are always helpful when we call. I don't have a problem with the Dentist but I do have a problem with Lydia the front desk billing person. My experience each time I've dealt with her has not been a pleasant one. She was short with me when I had questions about my bill. Whenever I visit this Dentist and I encounter her I don't feel welcomed and l leave feeling like I wished I hadn't come to the Dentist at all. I'm seriously considering finding a new Dentist where I will feel more welcomed when I visit the Dentist. read more

Dr. Rosenberg has been my family and I's Dentist for nearly 20 years! She's outstanding. She always knows the history and any potential problems and explains all my options. I had a bonding done and thanks to popcorn and pizza crust, I broke it several times. She was always willing to get me back in and take care of it. Her assistant and her work very well together and is also exceptionally professional, caring and consultative. I have seen Dr. Berman several times lately and he is a true pro. I'm happy we have such great dental care. Not everyone does. This office is ran well. read more

The Dr. is great but the staff is totally inept at billing. Beware and do not believe anything they say in regards to what you will be responsible for cost-wise. They billed me $1,000 for non-covered services for fillings when they place resin fillings in my back teeth and the insurance company denied it because they do not cover resin in back teeth. Apparently this is common with insurance companies so this seems intentional to me and very shady not to bring it up or even give me the choice of filling type. I had multiple appointments and asked about billing often only to be brushed off and billed $1,000 later. "Sorry but your claims were denied and you are responsible for $160 per filling". I asked how does this happen? "We can't know all insurance". How about the subsequence appointments? "We're not responsible for your coverage". They were very uninterested in my questions and seems to be bothered by me. Absolutely terrible and dishonest. read more

I used to go to this office years ago and I always loved the service provided by Dr. Berman and the other doctors working in the office. However, I just switched insurance. This is an insurance that Dr. Berman's office accepts, but this office does discriminate against whether or not you purchased the insurance through the Marketplace or through your employer. This is obviously a decision based on the current political climate of the Marketplace, but a consumer should be aware of this when deciding their insurance and their doctor. Overall, great service, but will not accept the insurance policy IF it's through the Marketplace. read more
