Well, I was hoping to prevent having to leave a review. The staffers are nice.. but coming here for…read moremy denture needs was one of the worst mistakes I've ever made. I went in for a simple repair for my upper denture and to get impressions for a lower partial. They fixed the crack, but added a tooth!! The tooth added didn't line up with my bottom teeth.. so I bit a hole straight through it and damaged my denture further. Oh, I forgot to mention the multiple adjustments I had to go back for ( never got that right either). I honestly don't think they have a full time dentist there during the week as many times as I went there I only saw the dentist twice, both times on a Saturday. The dental assistants seem to run the office. After about 5-6 visits and with them being unable to correct the errors they made, I ended up going to a different dentist. When the new dentist saw my denture she was shocked and thought I maybe did it myself. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a new denture and my lower partial was also done by the new dentist. The procedure was night and day. They measured my mouth, and did a bite test before even finishing them to cut down on having to come back for adjustments. I wouldn't recommend going here. Ever. Even if this was my last option on the planet. I would go toothless.

He looked like someone owed him something the moment I saw him and walked into the examination room. The conversation I had with him was very unpleasant. The way he addressed me, my mom and even the dental technician was totally unacceptable. Please do not come here if you have the option of other dentists in the area.

Once she knew I didn't have dental insurance she repeatedly stated that they would ONLY accept cash. Which I found very weird, I asked if they would except visa debit card and she said NO. At this point I was so upset that I was being treated like a bum I decided that if they were the last dentist office in the whole state I wouldn't go there. I ended up getting my tooth fixed later that day. By Comprehensive Dentistry on Whittaker rd in Ypsilanti. They were the best and guess what I paid in full with my visa debit card.
