The former owners had literally drilled through the pipes in an attempt to get incompatible pieces to work, and the pipes were in bad condition due to excessive mineral scale. Jeremy went above and beyond, replacing the full shower line while only charging me to replace the valve. The water softener he sold me, while not cheap, is a top quality, commercial-grade product. He is a true professional who clearly takes pride in his craft and supplies only superior parts to customers. They started work first thing the next morning, replacing the broken equipment, and then upgraded our furnace and AC units to more efficient models. They double checked that some of the older equipment from the house was handling the updates correctly.
