I have used this agency for a number of years for both my home and auto insurance. They are the best...fast, friendly, and professional. I added a new program called "Home Systems protection" which covers certain built in parts of your home like furnaces, air conditioners, pool heaters, and so on. This year, my furnace went out. This protection policy allowed me to select my own HVAC repair Company. After following the very easy-to-follow claim procedure, the company was incredible with their follow up. My furncae was covered and I only owed $500 thanks to this policy. The reimbursement check came less than 2 weeks after the claim was filed. They are equally as great with their Auto coverage as this year, my windsheild was broken thanks to a gravel hauler. One phone call to this Company got my claim handled quickly and professionally...they even did follow up to make sure that I was taken care of by the repair facility.
