Mark Lenz has no personality whatsoever and the office has but one employee over the 10-year span that I know. Today I couldn't pay the $300 to start treatment so I gave $100 and they pulled me into the backroom to discuss and dismissed us as a patient. I should have done this a while ago and left as they charge way more than other orthodontists. Steer clear unless you enjoy paying more!!!!

I called the facility they recommended in Gurnee to fi d out that an order has not been sent, but also that they did not do the imagery that I qould need. After approximately 8 days I was able to reach them and had them send an order over to Advocae aurora hosp in Kenosha for the CT just on time for the test to be done before my "followup appointment which would review the scan. CT was do e 5/4/26. Followup was 5/11/26 which I attended only to find out that the dr. did not check to see of the test results were available. They were not. was told they would find out and call me. The test results were sent to me by the hospital on 5/12/26. but made note that my care team had n ot reviewed them yet. Today is 5/22/26 and I still cannot reach them. nor have they tried to call me. Im seeking a new doctor.

It was then, after the X-rays, that I was informed that you don't take my insurance. Now I get a bill for $362.80 for x-rays that never should have been taken. I don't think I should be charged for these X-rays because of an employee's failure to do her job and check information submitted.
