My 2010 SS needed a new underhood fuse box and I found one through this supplier…read more 1. It took two weeks to get the part from NEW YORK to PENNSYLVANIA. 2. The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

What really stands out is the knowledge, kindness and responsiveness of the employees, Steve and Matt. They were able to help get me back on the road after a suspension/tire issue that otherwise would've left me stranded overnight, and may have required a tow, a motel stay and a mechanic. They clearly know what they're doing and were happy to help. These guys deserve a raise! Customer service was above and beyond anything I've experienced at an auto store, and as a road tripper who drives crappy cars, I've experienced a lot.

But no other store had Vito, an absolute prince. Helpful, knowledgeable, sane, and calm are great qualities in a manager. Because of Vito, this is our favorite AutoZone. He was very easy going and helpful to my husband as well. He is also more aware of himself and his surroundings than most I have met in this part of the country. Thank you Vito. Kindness is hard to come by but Vito has it in spades.

Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders.
