I know he had to really hustle to get my truck fixed within the week that I was on vacation so my truck would be ready when I came back through. I was pleasantly surprised at the total cost because a dishonest person would have taken advantage of my situation and could have charged me far more. They made the whole process easy. I didn't need to contact USAA and they even took care of my rental. Also, I was ready to pay the extra money to have original parts for the repair but after quoting me an extra $150 or so they figured out a way not to have to charge me that at all. The only weird thing that happened was that my battery died, apparently because of the cold weather and not being started everyday. They gave a quote of $280 to replace and install. When I baulked at the price I told him I would just get a battery from Walmart. They agreed to let me do that and even installed it for me.
