These guys are incredibly rude and disorganized. They ordered the wrong part for me TWICE and had no idea until I told them it physically would not fit in my vehicle. IDIOTS. Further, they don't offer to help whatsoever when you walk in. They all are chatting amongst themselves and don't bother paying any attention to customers. I've literally had to interrupt them talking to each other to get any help. They all have a holier-than-thou attitude yet they can't even get parts ordered correctly, give no indication to customers when part orders will be in, require payment upfront, and it takes them until late afternoon to unload their morning deliveries. Does anyone actually work here or are you all paid to waste time?? They won't have the part you're looking for. They'll have to order it and they'll likely mess up anyway. I drove 3 hours to look at a Yamaha FZ1 that was listed on their website. When I got there and looked at it, a lot of things had been changed on the bike by the previous owner. I told them I really liked the bike but couldn't ride it because of all the changes that had been made. The salesman offered to put the bike back to stock if I wanted to buy it. I was thrilled and gladly accepted his offer. He told me that they would order the parts and call me when they had finished the work. A month went by so I called the salesman and he told me that they were having a hard time finding the parts but they were working on it for me. I never did hear back from them and now it is no longer on the website. So I guess they lied to me and sold it to someone else. I would never recommend them after my experience. read more

So I see a Gem car on line and I call about it, I asked for sales and a woman said she was in sales and what did I need, NOT HOW MAY I HELP, WHAT DO YOU NEED, She asked, I asked her about the car and she was very abrupt, She said its going through service and couldn't tell me if she could sell it to me or not until it came out of service, I asked if she knew how long it would take, reply: I don't know there are like 300 units back there, I have no idea, She then said "Give me your name and I'll call you when it comes out of service, I did and then asked her What's yours? Her Reply: What's my What? She knew darn well I was asking her name, she just asked me for mine! Anyway - SUPER RUDE FOLKS - WOULDN'T CONSIDER BUYING FROM THEM! read more

just bought a bicycle from them. these guys should not be selling bicycles cause they dont have a clue about bicycles and how to sell them. I have bought many bicycles from bicycle shops for years. the bicycle shops sell you the bikes at price, plus tax. these guys added about three dollars extra on to price of bike and than added another $119.00 for fees I still dont know what for. some sort of admin fee!?. Than tax on top of all that. sent them a check in advance to pay for bike and told them day I would be there to pick it up. drove 6 hrs to pick-up and bike and when I got there it was missing parts. was told they had to take them off to sell another bike that they were missing from. so I had to wait while they took parts off one of the other bikes to put onto mine. Oh well. not sure what it would be like to buy a motorcycle or ATV from them, but I wont be back to find out. If they had not been the only ones within 500 miles of me to have the bike I wanted, I would have not purchased it. Sorry guys, bad business. read more

While looking for a new turbo unit for our 2016 Rzr, we happened upon an eBay listing from Stahlman Powersports. We called and spoke to the gentleman, I don't recall his name, who handles their eBay listings. He was very knowledgeable, super personable and extremely helpful. After a brief chat we decided to purchase the unit. Because he knew we were on a schedule to get our car up and running again he made a special trip that Saturday morning to ship it out. He didn't have to do that. It was close to noon. We are in Arizona and it arrived on Tuesday. It was well packed and in pristine condition. Our car is back up and running like a top now. I've been doing all my business with Stahlman Powersports for twenty years and I know a lot of other people that have been going there much longer than I have and none of those people have a bad thing to say about any of their staff. They've always done me right and they always will. If you live in Missouri it's the perfect place to get your off road toys and all the trick aftermarket parts for them also! It really is a one stop shop for anything off roadmaps I wouldn't recommend you go anywhere else. read more

We took our atv in for repairs. The shut off had broken. Almost a month and hundreds of dollars later, drove it for about 10 hours and it stopped working again. Took it back, they said NOW it needed a new battery. Less than 5 miles later, shut off not working again. Took it back in...NOW it needed the shut off replaced, a new fan, radiator repaired and would cost another $150. notice I said NEW FAN? They put in a used one....then we get a phone call that the head gasket is now blown!! OMG!!! It sounded awful. The service manager, with a very sad look on his deceitful face, told us he would do us a BIG favor and only charge us $500 instead of the $750 that they usually charge to replace a head gasket...We called LSK of Lebanon and they charge $362 and Clear Creek of Springfield charges $324 for the same job that Stahlmans is giving us SUCH A DEALby only charging us $500. Told them, NO WAY! They had already caused enough damage. Are you getting the picture yet? They stole my rear basket, over $200 and they didn''t put my parts back on right. They put screws in my front panel splitting the fiberglass!!! Could go on and on but bottom line is, if you want to be royally ripped off, go to Stahlmans. read more

horrible...horrible customer service....again! went there today for parts for my moms UTV. both guys at parts counter ignored me. i stood there over 10 minutes getting ignored. a guy customer walks by the parts counter and go figure they acknowledge and help him. unfreakin real. I say really? one guy finally says he will get someone from the back. guy from back helps me...I tell him what happens and told him this was 3rd enounter like this at this place. back in 2015 I bought two ATVs from these people and the only way I got assistance is when i went and got my dad. In 2016 I needed filters and oil for my ATVs and parts employees were rude and ignored me then also. I really did try to forgive and forget...but the rudeness just continues at this place.. Its obvious this place has an issue with assisting females and the managers and owner condone the behavior. Well...thats my last visit. I am a 30 year veteran who just happens to be a female and I was treated like crap. I will take my business elsewhere. read more
