The day following the review I received a call from Joe, the manager who was very apologetic, related he knew exactly who I was, and explained the assistant manager had recently passed away and the young man I delt with was fairly new. I have to re-evaluate my review of 1 and change it to AT LEAST a 4. It says something that a business pays timely attention to reviews and customer feed-back. For this I commend them and additionally that the work they do is attentive to detail. i explained it was not my effort to have the young mans employment in jeopardy; but moreover for him to be mentored, especially in integrity. I will most likely patron them again as long as Joe is a part of this franchise. mick
