I needed the carpets cleaned as well as the tile in the kitchen and foyer. I called on Monday, they scheduled for Wed. Later in the day I received a text saying they could do it on Tuesday. All I knew about carpet cleaning services was that Sears and Stanley Steamer stink. The teenagers they send out to your house could care less and have no vested interest in the job they do. So, what to do? I called Gary's right in Ocean City. Gary himself showed up right on time. Since I had to drive two hours to get here, that was important. New carpets and old dogs don't mix. I had stains in the carpets that I had treated more than a few times, yet they kept coming back. Gary did his job quickly and efficiently and was out of the house in no time. Before I knew it, I was back on the road for my two hour drive back. Here it is a few weeks later and the stains have not returned. Great job! By the way, the carpets are only two years old with just my family (and two small dogs) but I couldn't believe how much dirt he got up and how bright they look now! I saw all the great reviews on Yelp and decided to go with Gary for our shore home. We have weekly rentals during the summer and always like to do a thorough cleaning to start the season. Gary was professional and exceeded our wildest dreams. One of the love seats had a 2" diameter ink stain. It wasn't critical because we could flip the cushion, but Gary said he would give it a shot but offered no promises. On the day of the cleaning Gary went to the realtor, got the key, did the job, and texted he was done. Over the weekend we went down to check it out. Recommended this company for my client who has a summer rental unit in OC. There was a white solution all over the floor left where it spilled, the footboard in the Master bedroom looks like it was beat up by a machine chopping it getting too close, not moving the beds to get underneath, and the spots remained in the carpets.
