During our conversation, he acknowledged that he knew I was a resident and told me he would do whatever he could to tow my vehicle as many times as possible. That statement made me feel like I was being treated unfairly instead of as a resident whose vehicle should have been authorized. I've also spoken with other residents who say they've had similar experiences. Based on what I've personally gone through, I would never recommend using this company for towing services.
