Upon arrival at the airport they illegally detained my associate demanding an additional form of payment because they claimed they don't use PayPal. (The business is listed as paypal accepting according to the PayPal vendor list) I explained to them that the business has a PayPal account and showed the receipt where the funds had been deposited in the account. Still they demanded that I pay an additional $200 before they would let her exit the vehicle. I of course paid this so she would be released. They took down my name, number, and location, and I received a call from the driver as he arrived at my pick-up location - a neighborhood coffee shop. It seems like they are very well-organized and well-staffed. The drivers are very friendly, professional, and hard-working. I was in a van that seats up to 8 people. The cost is reasonable, considering the quality of service and the stress-free experience. I made sure to tip accordingly and will definitely use them again when I am in the area in the future. Their services even extend all the way to Tampa, Sarasota, and Miami, among other places. Not sure how much those rides cost, but if you're in a pinch, this is definitely a reliable service to get you to your desired airport location!
