The owner is extremely knowledgeable about trees and he has a very capable crew of climbers, cutters, trimmers, and chippers. They all communicate and safely operate as an alert and experienced team. The job coordination went well, too. Communication was great - immediate call backs and texts. The crew arrived on time, were professional, polite, and neat. Finally, to my delight, due to my house construction issues, I asked Infinity if they would return many months later to grind out all of the remaining stumps. We were not disappointed this time either. After this last winter storm in February a big limb on our tree came down and we called Mac about 8 o'clock in the morning and left a voicemail. He came by about 45 minutes later and told us he had six emergencies he had to take care of, but he wanted to take our limb down before it came down on its own. He did that and then went on to do his emergency services. He came back one and ahalf days later and completely took care of it and one or two other problems we had.
