This was our second negative experience using these systems. The first time was when we had a scheduled appointment and needed to cancel. There is no way to cancel on the app. We called and left a message stating that we needed to cancel with more than 24 hour notice and was charged a $50 fee anyway. The second negative experience was when we showed up at 6:45 Saturday's for a. Walk in appointment. And couldn't get the app to work when it opened at 7:00. We needed to restart the app and at 7:10 we were already 11th in line. This is not how things should work. We will not be returning to this shop.

She told me he would be there shorty as I sweated puddles on the floor. 10 minutes later after no sight of James I left. He called me 5 minutes late saying he would be late. I guess Gen Z kids think you tell clients that until you are actually late. My reply to him was brief and hit the target. This is not the type of barber for responsible adults.

The shop owner was just finishing a customer, then had to clean equipment & the chair. Well, for the first time with mask on I got a great nice and short cut. Best is my wife likes it! While the price is slighter higher I believe the $18 senior cost is still one of the best around. Shop is clean, and parking on street was just half a block. Didn't ask about the full price.
