I love this salon for waxing because they're one of the very few salons in the area that knows how to professionally do sugar waxing. It lasts a long time and looks great for summer. This is the best and healthiest type of waxing that makes hair grow back slower and thinner. They also do a phenomenal job on nails and I love getting my manis and pedis here. Every nail tech is polite and listens to their customers desires. They make you feel welcomed. The man who seems to be the manager is very knowledgeable about colors, terms of nail fashion and what customer's request. Downfall, it is a bit pricey. Even though they previously did my nails, they charge you to remove their own gel polish. That's a bit much. read more

Came from out of town and I was completely blown away. This salon can be compared with some of the best in NYC. Incredible, A++ customer service from the staff, SPOTLESS environment with succulents and beautiful precision to every piece of decor. There are small vents at each workstation that pulls away the smell so you'll have full senses relaxation. Only premium polishes and the works! Again, I was totally blown away. I visited with a plus one for the Pamper manicure and booked a Soa pedicure. Due to my rush I couldn't get the Spa pedicure but this place is worth the drive. Very nice new nail salon! This place is exceptionally clean, bright and welcoming. The ladies working when I visited were knowledgeable and friendly. I came for a last minute mani and was able to easily book an appointment online. I opted for the pampering manicure, I will say there is no description of what that service includes on their website but the hand/arm massage I got was amazing. They have a lot of nice polish choices to choose from. They don't do acrylics here so no stinky smells. I had never heard of sugaring before so I asked about that, it's an alternative to waxing that's more natural and less painful. I may come back and try that sometime. read more

Came here for an acrylic refill, I wasn't a fan of my previous place and I wanted to try a new spot. They did an amazing job, Sanyi fixed the shape and gave my nails a more natural look instead of bulky and chunky. Many places I've been I've been going to wouldn't do cuticle care for acrylics, but Sanyi took care of them and made my nails look very neat and tidy. I wish I started coming sooner. read more

You can tell they put a lot of effort to make the place appealing - I personally don't love getting my nails done (I just like having pretty hands) but this was actually a very pretty and relaxing environment! Went today for my first time. Got a regular pedicure and gel manicure by the same nail tech. I want to start by saying the nail pedicure and manicure came out amazing. It's more the experience, the attitude and vibe being off and not appealing. I understand we have off days, we are all human. I wanted to flag to management. Right when I walked in the color options were minimal to limited for gel nail. Everything was mainly neon and pink/white shades. From there I got my pedicure first. The nail tech seemed as if she didn't want to be there...She worked very rough and barely gave a message. She went very hard on the nail filing. it was so fast and kind of hurt and straight that the nail shape is off. For my nails she was super rough and cut my cuticles so much she had to use an serum to stop the bleeding. At least 5 of my fingers were bleeding. She also gave attitude when I did know which color to pick.... While I was sitting a girl next to me was getting her nails done with nail art. The other nail tech seemed super annoyed and frustrated. She was so annoyed she pumped the acetone dispenser so hard it sprayed me in my face...which was taken seriously. Overall the painting job is very well done but the experience of the nail tech was low and emotions were high... read more

I love that they offer Deborah Lippmann which offers the benefit of gel without the harsh damage of gel. A more natural approach. The salon is very clean with an organic touch. Yesterday was my first visit for an acrylic refill. I was unhappy with where I had gotten my full set done and was hoping to find a new go-to place. Luckily, I have! They exceeded my expectations in every way. My technician was professional & meticulous, checked in with me along the way, and did an incredible job fixing the shape issues on my nails from the previous work done elsewhere. They were willing to play a bit to get the design I was asking for. My nails are beautiful, it's probably been 8 years since I had nails I was this happy with! It was a 45 minute drive for me & totally worth it. My only regret is not getting my technician's name for next time. read more

My friend and I were looking for a new nail salon and stumbled upon this salon. It's only been open two months and it was very nice! We came here for the "pamper" pedicures (6 min massage was fabulous) and we can't wait to come back. They only have high quality nail polishes (zoya, Essie, Deborah Lippmann, OPI) and it's super clean. It also didn't smell like a typical nail salon (with fumes and chemicals). I'm really hate to leave this review as I have had 2 appointments at this facility. The first one my nail tech, Erica, was about 15 minutes late but the nails looked good so I made another appointment. That appointment was today at 340. I arrived at 335 and was told she would be with me when she was done eating. And then I sat... for 30 minutes. No one checked in with me. I just sat there. If she was eating she could have made an entire meal in that time! I think making someone wait that long is disrespectful to their time. I would have been more understanding if she was seeing a client and running behind, but it didn't seem like she was even there! There were at least 2 techs doing nothing and there was no offer for me to see them or for them to start the appointment. At that point I informed the person at the desk I would be leaving and his only response was "ok". I will not be returning. read more

I initially chose to visit the salon due to the multiple reviews of their cleanliness. While I do agree, the tools do appear to be very clean and sterile, I did not have a good experience. I do believe my technician was new and learning there, for my services took much longer than expected, to which I am fully able to understand. What I did not enjoy, was the pain I experience during my pedicure and manicure while trimming my cuticles. Most importantly, the shop was infested with fungus gnats or fruit flies. There was constantly flies, buzzing around me, or my artist, and I killed at least three on me at my time there. Many would land on the station I was being worked on at. For these reasons I do Not recommend an will not return. read more
