Overall the price is within reason of what I'd expect to pay but the prices are set to go up due to command. The outside of car wash spotless and I was very thrilled to see it shine. The entire was mostly spotless too but it was lacking in some areas. On my seats the vacuums didn't clean through and there was small dirt/crumbs still and with the platinum wash I would expect them to take the mats out hose them down and wash it as well but that wasn't the case. Overall the do a good job but do a fully through inspection prior to departing. Also remember, if you select platinum your service includes an air freshener don't let them forget that; I had to remind them.

This used to be one of my favorite places to get my car detailed. I would drive all the way from…read morethe city because the attention to detail and customer service were always worth it. Unfortunately, today's visit was really disappointing. This is actually the second time I've had to come back after inspecting my vehicle because areas were missed. Before I left, I even showed the staff specific spots that still needed attention and they assured me they would take care of them. When I checked my car again, many of those same areas were still untouched. My rims still had visible brake dust and dirt on them even after I specifically asked that they be cleaned thoroughly. My gas pedal was still dirty, and several interior trim pieces still had dust and residue. These aren't hidden areas--they were things I specifically pointed out before leaving. What makes this so frustrating is that the quality of service has noticeably declined. I came here because this location consistently did an amazing job and took pride in the little details. That's why I was willing to make the drive. Sadly, today they lost a loyal customer. I genuinely hope management takes this as constructive feedback because this location used to set the standard for excellent service. I'd love to see them get back to the level of care that made me recommend them to others.

Travelers can enjoy this rest stop! Diesel Station is behind Gas Pumps, just to the East. Very clean outside , with table & chairs to enjoy some food , snack on your rest.
