I have a 2021 Hyundai Tucson. my husband brought my car in to get detailed for an early Mother's Day gift. we called last minute on a Saturday to see if they had anyone available to detail my car. luckily they said I was able to drop off the car at 1. we chose the 200$ detail service. my car was ready by 5:30 (not an issue as we live half mile away). when we pulled up I honestly didn't even recognize my car it was so clean. the inside was absolutely spectacular! Tony did an amazing job and made my car look as if i just bought it. Honestly I wasn't even that clean when I bought it and it was brand new right off the dealership lot. Ive had my car detailed a few places now and it has never looked clean. Will definitely be coming back! read more

I used to wash both of my cars here and at the other location, after speaking to a couple of the employees here I came to find out the owner doesn't pay overtime or holiday pay. I would not support such a greedy guy. Same owner as Yorkys so he probably does the same thing. Someone should report this guy. read more

Since all of the full service interior washes are currently closed due to the Pandemic I decided to try this place out. Wow it was so fun! I chose the $10 wash, which is the third tier wash out of four. I am a Delta Sonic member so I have been maintaining my exterior wash weekly so I wasn't too concerned about the actual exterior wash. Your car goes on a conveyer belt not the wheel tracks so that's nice. I brought my own rags for drying and my own cleaning spray. Along with their vacuums, my car looks great Inside and Out. My interior wasn't too bad considering it hasn't been interiorly washed since March when the lockdown began. My concern was mainly the back seat, where 3 months of near daily dog park trips had led to an accumulation of dirt and sand on the floor mats. I love that they offered free car washes when they first opened for a week just to test, make sure all went well and especially to WELCOME their new clients in the community and I think we the clients in return gave them an awesome WELCOME as well. We really appreciate that gesture for sure. The ramp style seems to work better than the usual standard ones like the other automatic ones as this seems to do less damage to the cars. Also the mat cleaners for both the rubber and carpet styles for free to use with your purchase of a car wash is nice. Also the mini dryer for side mirrors is an added plus and DIY vacuums BRAVO. read more

A friend recently told me about this new car wash, I was in the area and gave it a try. I've got 22 inch chrome wheels and really liked they do not have rails to guide the vehicle. It's kind of a conveyor belt. Pretty nice. However, it is also the rubber brushes which I once heard a guy on a car show call the Marquis de Sade of car washes. Not great for the finish. Also bought the wash with the wheel brightener and tire shine included. Still a lot of dirt on the chrome. The shine is machine applied and those 22 inch tires rolled through before they could get completely coated. Looks kind of silly with only 2/3's of the tires shiny. If you don't want any upgrades and don't care about your paint the $3 basic wash would be worthwhile. It's not for me. read more

I heard a weird noise inside but didn't think much of it until when I got out of the car wash I noticed a crack on my windshield and my front car plates were folded somehow. I'm not sure what it is inside the car wash that has caused this incident to happen but, this is not how a car should end up when taking a car to get washed up and expecting it to come out clean. I just know that if my car was a little more new they would have reacted immediately but unfortunately since it's not they told me to wait for a call. We all work hard for our money and what our money can give us, so it's upsetting when others know exactly how that is and yet don't realize the importance on things. read more

I have never gotten excited over cleaning my car...until now This is hands down the best car wash I've ever been to. EVER. My car looks incredible. The car wash itself is top of the line with new and powerful gadgets. The last stage of the car wash are heated dryers so you leave dry. My excitement has more to do with the vacuuming stations which are not only free but also incredibly powerful. Set up offers a convenient and easy clean up. I don't think I've ever managed to get the interior of my car this clean. The staff is very courteous as well which only adds to the overall positive experience. Did I mention that the car wash is fun :) All the "cool" lights have caused my kid to get super excited over visiting a car wash. I highly recommend. read more

Total rip off. The car wash was not effective, my car still had dirty spots in some areas. There is not a lot of water or soap use, they use rubber brushes which damaged the antenna on my car. I will not be going there again. read more

I normally take my car to Fullers but my car was absolutely filthy from the salt & dirt. I passed by Gem and was skeptical. There are a lot of places like Fullers popping up all over but I figured I'd give it a try. The results were great! Better than any Fullers car wash I ever had. I also prefer their conveyer as opposed to Fullers wheel slot to transport the car through the wash. Unfortunately I don't live in the area but next time I'm in the area and need a car wash I'm definitely coming here. I highly recommend Gem. read more

Great spot for a $3 refresh wash, a quick and easy way to get you car sparking clean. Also, my side mirror cover, which was loose prior, popped off from the dryers at the end. They took the time to stop, find the piece and even popped it back on better than before. read more

I went there today and what can I say but the owner is a giant JERK! My daughter brought her brand new car there and purchased two washes for 30 dollars, put the receipt in the glove compartment and when she closed it, the receipt fell behind into the engine. When we came out of the wash I immediately went to the owner explained what happened, who automatically accused me of lying! No, I'm so sorry that happened, but said how do I know you're telling the truth???? Well, if I had the money to purchase two 30 dollar washes, I'm pretty sure I'm not that hard up to go around car washes making up elaborate stories about losing my receipts only to get a TEN DOLLAR wash, to which was paid for prior. Then he posed the question, What would I do if I were him? To which I responded believe you because who would waste their time doing something so extreme & petty? I could say he debated me so hard because of the brown skin, but this guy is just a petty thief and thinks everyone is just as grimy as he is. Then, he thought he would get cute. I'll give you a coupon for a wash, which expires the same day...like I can't read! But I had a trick for him, I went home and brought back my 2019 drop top CAMARO and washed it. I took my car to get a car wash I come out my bumper damaged my lic plate got damaged my sticker is no longer there they tell me they will refund me my 14 dollars that does not account for all my time I now have to waste to sit in the dmv and get a new sticker the kid running the car wash in elmhurst who claims to be son the owner has total Lack in customer service he does care about his customers I would avoid Gem car wash at all cost I am a business owner if my crews ever damaged anything the old saying goes you brake it you buy it I firmly agree with that statement I am not the first person this has happened to nor will I probably be the last saving your self the time and money read more

Brand new, clean, does a great job. There is no rail in this wash. You drive onto a conveyor belt, and even for a basic wash you move through pretty slowly so your car actually gets clean! I know...shocking concept for a car wash. The vacuums are great too. read more

Over Priced! This Carwash is to expensive for the product. The tire shine did not work. More was on the side of my car than the wheels. Vacuums look nice if you can squeeze your car into the ridiculously small spots. There's other car washes people, save your money!! read more

Family owned aggressive pricing and state of the art equipment. Only wash where you can go and don't have to dry off your car after you exit. Also low vehicle friendly and big truck friendly. NO RAIL through the whole wash. You have stretch tires not a issue, you have over sized tires not a problem. They also offer monthly passes! To wrap it up they have compressed air guns at every vacuum station and it's free!! read more

Great job. All machine wash. No hand finishing but they have the best jet blowers around. I also love the free mat cleaning machines.

Would give 5 stars but you guys really need to take care of the issue with your tire shine. Does not apply tire shine correctly or sometimes wont apply none at all just small streaks and patches across the tire. Other than that, this place is probably the best automatic car wash around. read more
