Got my vehicle serviced here…read more Got the "all inclusive" bundle which included lube, oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. First, I never was provided the multi-point inspection form. I followed up with the service advisor who never responded. Probably wasn't even completed. Second, there was no oil change sticker placed in my windshield, advising of what oil was used, when the next change is due, etc. Makes me think they didn't even complete the oil change. How do you forget to put an oil change sticker? Third, car was returned to me unwashed. This was just the icing on the cake - overall left with a bad impression. The service manager called me to discuss the above. He said his guy "was just having a day." Whatever that means. And as far as the car wash is concerned - it was "broke down" for the day. Just excuses, no further action. Would not return.

The products and services that were recommended to me are seen in the screenshot of my repair estimate attached to this review. Some of the products and services appear to be pretty reasonably priced, but some are OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced and expensive! Two new tires were recommended to me as a MAJOR part of fixing an issue with my vehicle, and unfortunately, they screwed me over royally on the cost of the tires. They ended up charging me $478 for two tires, and I later discovered that these exact same tires are sold at Walmart for $101.06 each as seen in the screenshot and link attached to this review. This was HIGHLY upsetting to me. In the process of working on my vehicle, the mechanic discovered an issue with a cross threaded lug nut and wheel stud that prevented a tire from being rotated on my vehicle. Replacement parts to fix this issue only cost $8-$9, but they wanted to charge me about $300 for the labor, which is absolutely nuts! I opted out of this service and made arrangements to have a local mechanic to fix this issue for about 70 bucks, which is a BIG difference! On a positive note, the dealership did successfully fix all of my issues, but it's very difficult for me to give them credit in light of their exorbitant prices and how badly they ripped me off on the cost of those tires. With all that being said, I STRONGLY advise everyone who reads this review to be very careful about what you opt into at this dealership, as it will knock you all upside your head like Mike Tyson with its costs if you allow it to. ‍ https://www.walmart.com/ip/Kumho-Solus-TA31-All-Season-Tire-205-55R16-91H/555047283?sid=567b3175-086b-4f5f-aed3-bcc49407e963

My car was perfectly fine before I brought it in. Jemarquis Wright( Quick lane manager) checked me in. I told him that the last time I came here they recommended replacing my lug nuts, but I couldn't do it because they didn't have any in stock. This time I brought a new set with me, and since they were already going to rotate my tires, I asked him if they could replace the old lug nuts with the new ones. He said, "No problem, I'll let them know." After waiting almost 3 HOURS (he originally told me it would only take 1 to 1.5 hours), he came back and told me there was a problem. He said the threads on the oil pan were damaged and they couldn't reinstall the drain plug. He then told me the only solution was to replace the oil pan, which would cost around $700. I asked him to give me a few minutes to think about it, but instead he gave me an attitude and kept trying to pressure me into having the repair done there. It was very very annoying. First the price dropped from $700 to $600, then to $500, just to convince me to stay. In the end, I paid for the oil change but decided not to have the repair done there. On top of that, they never even replaced the lug nuts that I brought, even though I specifically asked them to. They also returned my car with grease stains all over the doors and didn't even bother to clean them. To anyone reading this, be careful. Based on my experience, this place is unprofessional. They should hire better technicians and treat their customers with more respect. Gonna make sure to post this everywhere so nobody else ever has to deal with this ever again!

I purchased my…read more2022 GMC Terrain on 11/21/2022, and for over three years I have been dealing with an ongoing transmission warning light, poor acceleration, and shifting issues that this dealership has failed to fix. Early on, I was told the issue was "not serious" and that I was covered. That turned out to be completely misleading. I have brought my vehicle in multiple times and even left it for an extended period, receiving a loaner, yet the problem continues. At my most recent visit on 2/3/2026, I was told there is nothing they can do because the light comes on and off. I was also told I needed filters, but within a day, the transmission light came right back on. I emailed management last year and never received a single response. No follow up, no accountability, nothing. Now I have been instructed by GM to take my vehicle to a different dealership, which says everything about how this one has handled the situation. This is the third winter where I cannot rely on my vehicle, with a 50 percent chance it will even warm up and run properly in Chicago weather. Between the distance, my demanding job, and dealing with health issues, this has been exhausting. I bought my last two new vehicles to avoid this kind of situation, but instead I have been stuck with an unresolved issue and a dealership that refuses to take responsibility. Avoid this dealership if you expect real service or follow through.

Since it was cold outside at the time, there was really no way for them to know it was not actually cooling properly. About two weeks ago, once the weather got warmer, my husband realized the AC was not working at all. On March 18, he took the car back and was told the condenser needs to be replaced and that the repair would cost around $2,500. After all of that, the dealership said the best they could do was offer a $400 credit. In our opinion, this should have been repaired at no charge. We made it clear from the beginning how important working AC was, and this was not something that should have become our expense so soon after buying the car. They are a dealership, so it likely would have cost them far less to fix than what they expected us to pay, and it would have been the right thing to do for someone who had already spent thousands of dollars there. What makes this even worse is that we traded in our Toyota Avalon because the AC in that car was not working, only to end up with another car that has the same problem. That is honestly unbelievable. What really made this whole situation worse was what happened after my husband posted his negative review. Suddenly, the dealership was willing to offer more help, but only if he removed the review. First, they said they would bring the repair cost down to $1,500 if the review was taken down. Then they came back again and said $1,000 would be their final offer, still only if the review was removed. We said no both times. At that point, it did not feel like they were truly trying to make things right. It felt like they were more worried about getting rid of the bad review than actually being fair about the problem. If they really cared about customer service and standing behind what they sell, they should have fixed this at no charge from the beginning instead of making offers only when a negative review was posted. This whole experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and expensive. We trusted what they told my husband and son at the time of the sale, and now we are left dealing with a major repair that should never have become our problem this soon after buying the car. Buyers should be very careful here, or better yet, save yourself the stress and go to a different dealer. Make sure everything is fully checked, tested in real conditions, and put in writing. I am posting this so other people know exactly what our experience was. I would give this place no stars if I could, but one star is required in order to post a review.

Then I went to the express oil change service station and Adrian assisted me and took great care of my car for the oil change and topped off everything I needed (coolant and windshield wiper fluid is what they top off) and added air to my tires after a long cold winter. Oil change is $135. Free popcorn and hot beverages and water while you wait along w vending machines. And Miss Lovely Erica at the sales department was super nice too! She looks out for customers and has their best interest in mind still after 8 years. She made fresh popcorn for customers to enjoy while waiting for the oil change. Thank you Hawk! The staff make the place and thank you for hiring such dedicated staff. And they play 80s music, the gold standard across the world :) Only thing I would ask ... please update the sofa and chairs at the express oil change service area. I understand it's happening very soon but the sofas are lumpy and cloth which is not easy to clean as it absorbs dust and odors... vinyl cushioned single seaters and love seats would be amazing ... just my personal preference like the ones at airports bc they are durable and easy to clean and don't lose their bounce. Then the high round tables and chairs are fine as they can be cleaned easily but the height to chair ratio is too short for petite people like me and once I sat on the chair I feel like my chin is almost hitting the table so please have taller chairs so people like me can enjoy the table. That's just my 2 cents :)
