Firstly, they were four hours late on the day of the clean and were completely unresponsive in the meantime when I was trying to get hold of the office. Once the cleaning was carried out and the estate agents pointed out a few things that needed further attention I tried to call them but nobody picked up the phone.. After a day I finally got through only to be told that they are unable to confirm when the cleaners can return to the flat and they will call me back by the end of the day. And that was that, never heard from them again.. Absolute disgrace!
