The lady working there was super helpful and made the whole process easy. One big reason I chose this laundrette over others was the payment options -- no confusing cash exchange here. They accept both cash (euro) and card, and I was able to just tap to pay for the wash and detergent, which made it super convenient. He came at the appointed time, sized up my bag of laundry, gave me a price for it, and told me that he will deliver our clean clothes the next day. The price he quoted me was very reasonable (£15) considering he picked up and dropped off our clothes at the hotel. The next day, our clean clothes were waiting for us at the reception office when we came back in the afternoon after a morning of sightseeing. How much more convenient can that be? I returned a couple days later with my husband and about two loads of laundry. Another man, possibly the father of the first man I spoke to, was in the launderette, and I told him I wanted to do the self-service. He was so incredibly patient with me - he showed me how to use the washers, made change for us, and even helped me figure out how many clothes to put in each washer. I felt so comfortable knowing he was there watching everything that my husband and I just went around the corner to Half Cup and had a wonderful breakfast while the clothes were washing. It took 30 minutes to wash, and I went around the corner to put them in the dryer at that time then returned to Half Cup to finish my meal. Drying took about 40 minutes - I dried both loads in one dryer. It came to 16 pounds for two loads (wash and dry). I highly recommend this place!! The location was perfect because it's so close to Kings Cross. We were able to get everything washed, have breakfast, and make it to our train with no problem at all! I had to use its services. We had a washer in our flat so half the job was done. I went there for the dryers and it only took 26 minutes to get my clothes and my girlfriend's clothes sorted out. It was about five quid for the dryer and thank god they didn't weigh it out because it was a lot of clothes, but the lady let me get away with it. She was pretty good at tidying the place up every now and then and also had a side gig of holding people's luggage in storage. I thought that was a cool little thing to have available for tourists staying in Paddington. Its got good hours but mind that the neighborhood uses this place services so find a good hour where its not busy. I scored the day I went.

There are 10 washers and 8 dryers, benches throughout the laundromat, and baskets to borrow above machines. The machines do take credit cards if you don't have any pounds. The only thing was the machines were a bit pricey. £7-10 to wash and £1 for every 5 minutes of dryer use, though this could be normal for London. If you need to purchase liquid or powder detergent, it's £1.50 (coins or card). There is an employee there if you need anything, she greeted me when I walked in and explained the pricing on the machines. They offer pressing services for an extra cost, but you might have to wait a day.
