I expected the tow driver to be impatient, but he was the complete opposite! The driver from N & J's showed nothing but patience, kindness, and professionalism. He went above and beyond--waiting while we figured out how we were going to get home, then generously dropping us off where we could rent a vehicle. Before pulling away, he even double-checked that we were secure with a rental, saying he didn't want to leave us stranded. Only then did he transport my car the remaining 116 miles to the dealership. It's rare these days to find a company that treats people with such genuine care and understanding.
