I expected the tow driver to be impatient, but he was the complete opposite! The driver from N & J's showed nothing but patience, kindness, and professionalism. He went above and beyond--waiting while we figured out how we were going to get home, then generously dropping us off where we could rent a vehicle. Before pulling away, he even double-checked that we were secure with a rental, saying he didn't want to leave us stranded. Only then did he transport my car the remaining 116 miles to the dealership. It's rare these days to find a company that treats people with such genuine care and understanding. I had 3 out of my 5 lug nuts break, and the other two were loose and coming off. I limped my truck off the highway and had to stay the night (I was on my way to Virginia). As the next morning started, I was contemplating how I was going to get my truck to a shop and get it fixed. The next morning came and I saw a flatbed wrecker show up to the motel to tow another vehicle that was broken down. I walked up to Nick and asked if he was interested in towing my vehicle in the morning to get the repairs I needed to be fixed. I explained my situation and that I need to get back on the road asap. Nick never missed a beat and assured me that the truck will be towed and the repairs would be done by him and his shop. Nick, made a awful day a great one. Nick also called with an alternative after he dropped the truck at the shop, in an attempt to speed up the process. I also talked to Nick's (boss) Sean and he was so helpful and assured me that this will be taken care of and I should be on the road on Monday so I can complete my trip. Nick and Shawn were awesome and the service was well worth the 5+ star I gave them. Thank you both, in my time of need, you helped a total stranger.
