This week I ordered specifically off the À la carte menu so I could have just a bean and cheese burrito-NO meat or sides. I got a beef, bean, and cheese burrito with rice on the side. I ate some of it but did not send it back for correction. We had the same waiter both times. Both were clearly extremely passionate about creating a great local spot that added something new to the Pagosa area. Overall, the attention to detail in the selection of the wine list and items selected for their boards really makes this place stand out to me as a top tier wine bar.
