    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Our condo board replaced our long term management company due to their becoming lazy with regards to management of our building. After interviewing several companies we chose Gassen. Mostly due to their Gassen University, which promised that we would have highly trained, responsive, desk attendants in our 24/7 staffed office. Not only did they not train the people they hired, I don't think they even checked to see if they had basic reading/writing/communication skills. There was a constant revolving door of bad to worse employees and our 24/7 staffing model turned into the office being closed more than it was open. Our Community Manager, Kayleigh Kotosky started out being a breath of fresh air, then her breath turned foul and she complained about anything and everything until she got a promotion and a raise out of the deal and even moved off site. A couple of our Board members tend to be a little bit too involved and that goes against Gassen's management model. However, not only did Kayleigh constantly ask for help and advice, she then complained she couldn't get anything done. They never did earn our trust, they couldn't even manage to process our deliveries correctly and swore they had policies and procedures in place when they didn't. I would have just let them ride off into the sunset to terrorize another unsuspecting community but the last straw was when they pulled down their "Managed by Gassen" sign off of our entry wall and took half of the paint/stucco with it!

    Worst Company I've ever been forced to work with. Even their own board members can't get along with each other. The only reason they got a 1 Star rating is because it's not possible to give them a ZERO! I've had major damage to my property and have waited over 3 months for them to fix it, but all I get is the run around. I've had plastic trash bags taped to the side of my house for 3 months throughout all the rainstorms. If you want to reach a Board Member, you have to wait 1 month just to talk to them (the last Mon of the month), then download a Zoom app and explain the situation online only to get lied to over and over again. They really truly don't care, just make sure to keep sending your dues! I've got way more to add, just not enough space! Worst customer experience I've ever had and would never recommend!

    I've lived here for 7 years now and the management of our townhomes is getting worse. There is no follow through with what they say.

    If I could rate them with zero stars, I would. They are terrible and generally have no idea what they are doing. Just awful.

    Mr. Mark Gettinger helped me in finding a great deal in Minnesota (I am living in the West Coast)…read more He also explained me in detail about the required process and paper work and prepared an offer that helped in competing with other multiple buyers and getting a right price for my new condo purchase. In addition, he communicated with the condo association and provided all required documents for set up the HOA payments on time. Moreover, he suggested to do the Mobile closing ( the notary came to my home for signing the closing paper in the closing date) which saved my time and $$$ money because I did not need to fly to Minnesota just for the closing. Mr.Mark Gettinger has provided an outstanding customer service. He commutated with my Closing company and Lender directly when I needed the information's clarification ( especially, the specific legal terminology). The tenants ended up finding our contact info and reaching out because Aaroosh was MIA. Thank God for good, ethic tenants or we would've been screwed. Your best bet is to believe all the horrible reviews because each one is TRUE!!! He's a fraud and vacationing is his priority. Believe Peter, Sunny, and whoever else posted a negative review. Your home is a major investment. Don't waste your time with this fraud.

We were compensated $200 for our labor. Aroosh left the company and Tyler took over. Way more professional and responsive, we were hopeful things would get better. I'm sure for property owners, he's great, but we were screwed upon move out and got only $57 back from our deposit. Was not expecting the full amount but got charged $600 for cleaning (cleaners from PPM) and almost $300 for flea treatment. FLEAS?! We did not have fleas and left that place 100x cleaner than how it was received. Renters, beware. Another company to nickel and dime you when it's time to move out, and not take care of the most basic things. Property owners, if you care about finding and keeping quality renters, do not hire them.

All they ever really cared about was collecting money and avoiding repair and maintenance calls or emails till they couldn't dodge the issue. Last year when I was relocating from Los Angeles to Minneapolis I only had two days to find an apartment. I was being rejected from all of them because I didn't have a 730 credit score due to some student loans and medical bills. When I was about to give up and go back to Cali I got a call from Tom Stutsman wondering if I was still looking for an apartment? I told him "yes!I was", but I told him my credit is a work in progress and not high... He said let me guess "Student Loans and Medical Bills"?I said "Yes"! and he told me he didn't care about that stuff and as long as I'm a nice person that's all he looks for... next day I looked at the apartment. I ended up dropping the deposit the next day and had the lease signed before I Flew back to Los Angeles. It all happened so fast and easy. Tom even had the lights turned on for me in my name when I arrived. Any time I had a repair issue, even emailing him late at night they would be taking care of it first thing in the morning. Tom's work ethic is unprecedented and within minutes of talking to him you can tell he radiates a passion for what he does. Then another window fell out and had a plastic garbage bag over it from May 2022 to November 2022. We complained about carpenter ants April 30th. They sent an exterminator June 2nd. We complained that the front door was not closing properly September 5th. They sent went out October 6th. It ended up being that the screws were too short and this door was literally falling off the hinges. we complained about mice December 3rd. They sent someone out December 15th.     Tried to rent an apartment from this management company and paid a $500 deposit plus $55 per person…read morein application fees. The verification process was repeatedly delayed over several days, with new document requests added each time (including multiple rounds of pay stubs and employment verification). Despite providing extensive documentation and verifiable offer letters, the process ultimately stalled when they required copies of our Social Security cards and demanded that we sign an SSA-89 form authorizing the Social Security Administration to release SSN verification. They insisted this was "standard procedure for all residents." In my experience, this is highly unusual - I have never been asked to provide Social Security cards or SSA authorization for renting, employment, or even mortgage applications. At that point, we were not comfortable proceeding. The application fees and deposit appear to be non-refundable, and the process consumed significant time just as we were preparing to relocate to Minnesota. If you value clear communication, reasonable verification practices, and respect for applicants' time and personal data, proceed with caution.
