Mr. Mark Gettinger helped me in finding a great deal in Minnesota (I am living in the West Coast)…read more He also explained me in detail about the required process and paper work and prepared an offer that helped in competing with other multiple buyers and getting a right price for my new condo purchase. In addition, he communicated with the condo association and provided all required documents for set up the HOA payments on time. Moreover, he suggested to do the Mobile closing ( the notary came to my home for signing the closing paper in the closing date) which saved my time and $$$ money because I did not need to fly to Minnesota just for the closing. Mr.Mark Gettinger has provided an outstanding customer service. He commutated with my Closing company and Lender directly when I needed the information's clarification ( especially, the specific legal terminology). Furthermore, all the paper work and earning money sending were done electronically-it was so easy and accurate as well as saving a lot of my time and energy in this busy life. In Sum, the closing was done on time, and my Lender told me that they were impressed how Mr. Mark Gettinger was able to manage very professionally the condo purchase ( which is required more knowledge and documentation than purchasing a single home) and also for a Buyer who is living in the different state. I am recommending Mr. Mark Gettinger as a trustful, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional Real Estate Agent.

Idk if she felt intimidated by my husband and I having arm forces background, or because we said we were conservative. She pushed us to give her documents to approve us and once she received everything she pulled the rug out from under us. We all have a past and we were very upfront and honest with her before we tour about debt that was payed off years ago. Yet it felt like this was used against us, which is unfair and unprofessional. I would not recommend for families. We were excited and went above and beyond to make this work & she dragged us through the mud not caring about how chaotic she was coming across. We even sent her a screenshot proving that we would be able to move in with the time she wanted residents to occupied the house in Waconia and I guess it wasn't enough.. truly blindsided. She got into an argument with me where I felt I needed to defend our family name and my character. Again I wish we would've never reached out to her.

I definitely trust her advice--it's clear that after only a few weeks of working together, she already knows the property very well and can suggest repairs and upgrades without breaking the bank. It was rented by Feb 1. Aaroosh (the owner) helped me determine a rental price and then got my listing up quickly. Service was great, but had a few minor issues. Aaroosh is sometimes hard to reach by phone, emails and texts work a lot better but if you are not used to that kind of communication it might be tough. They are not a huge company which is nice because I have a direct contact but sometimes if they are busy it might take 24-48 hours for a response. Tip: I found that if I text him I usually get a response.(Millennials am I right?) Overall I would use them to rent my townhome again.

And for Aaroosh to be appalled by the negative reviews is just hilarious. We asked to meet with Aaroosh and he always had an excuse as to why he was unavailable. The tenants ended up finding our contact info and reaching out because Aaroosh was MIA. Thank God for good, ethic tenants or we would've been screwed. Your best bet is to believe all the horrible reviews because each one is TRUE!!! He's a fraud and vacationing is his priority. Believe Peter, Sunny, and whoever else posted a negative review. Your home is a major investment. Don't waste your time with this fraud.

They just all seem to lack compassion, pride, and service. All they ever really cared about was collecting money and avoiding repair and maintenance calls or emails till they couldn't dodge the issue. Last year when I was relocating from Los Angeles to Minneapolis I only had two days to find an apartment. I was being rejected from all of them because I didn't have a 730 credit score due to some student loans and medical bills. When I was about to give up and go back to Cali I got a call from Tom Stutsman wondering if I was still looking for an apartment? I told him "yes!I was", but I told him my credit is a work in progress and not high... He said let me guess "Student Loans and Medical Bills"?I said "Yes"! and he told me he didn't care about that stuff and as long as I'm a nice person that's all he looks for... next day I looked at the apartment. I ended up dropping the deposit the next day and had the lease signed before I Flew back to Los Angeles. It all happened so fast and easy. Tom even had the lights turned on for me in my name when I arrived. Any time I had a repair issue, even emailing him late at night they would be taking care of it first thing in the morning. Tom's work ethic is unprecedented and within minutes of talking to him you can tell he radiates a passion for what he does. If I'm ever back in Minneapolis the only person I will call is Tom Strutsman. Thanks Tom for all that you do!

Not only did they meet our requirements, but they had the systems and people in place to deliver first-rate service. A big factor in our decision to go with Sharper Management was Steven Smith. Steven had been our property manager when he was with a previous company that we had used. Our experience with him was so positive that teaming with Steven again at Sharper was icing on the cake. We know what that property management can be a difficult and sometimes thankless job, but Steven is easily accessible, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. We rely on him for advice and guidance to help us manage our Association, develop realistic budgets and reserves, and communicate with owners as needed. We know that you can't please everyone, but Steven has done right by us. If you are looking for a new property management company, you should talk to Steven Smith and Sharper Management.

My experience with Sharper Management has left me deeply concerned about transparency,…read moreaccountability, and how our association's money has been managed. During my time serving on our 32-home association's Board, I began asking questions about a roughly $300,000 loan taken out during a previous Board's tenure. I was not on the Board when the loan was approved, so I cannot claim to know everything that happened at the time. What I do know is that I have repeatedly asked for documentation showing where that money went--including information concerning the projects, contractors, expenditures, approvals, and work that was performed. Despite asking multiple times, I have not been provided with the documentation I have requested. That is extremely concerning to me. When homeowners collectively take on approximately $300,000 in debt, there should be a clear paper trail showing how those funds were spent and what the association received in return. Homeowners should not have to repeatedly ask for basic financial and project information concerning hundreds of thousands of dollars. The situation is even more troubling because there have been significant concerns about the quality of work performed during that period. Without the underlying records, homeowners have no meaningful way to evaluate whether the money was spent appropriately or whether the work and costs were properly overseen. My more recent experiences with Sharper Management have only increased my concerns. I have dealt with former manager Miguel, current manager Janelle, and Client Care representative Josh, and I have repeatedly found myself having to push for answers regarding contractors, maintenance, budgets, insurance, tree work, the shared driveway, and other significant expenses. I believe an HOA management company should provide strong oversight and help protect homeowners' investments. It should encourage Board members to ask questions, scrutinize contractor recommendations, demand documentation, and make sure homeowners' money is being spent responsibly. Instead, my experience has been that legitimate questions can be met with resistance, incomplete answers, or simply no satisfactory answer at all. I cannot say what happened to every dollar of the $300,000 because Sharper has not provided me with the documentation I have repeatedly requested. I also cannot speculate about the motivations of previous Board members or make accusations about anyone being paid to remain silent without evidence. But I can say this: After repeatedly asking for documentation concerning a $300,000 association loan and not receiving it, I have serious concerns about the level of transparency and accountability provided to our community. Homeowners deserve to know where their money went. I would strongly encourage any HOA considering Sharper Management to ask very specific questions about financial records, project documentation, contractor selection, competitive bidding, project oversight, and how the company responds when Board members demand answers. This review represents my personal experience and opinions and is not intended to represent the official position of our association or its Board.
