I had the trout fillet with a lemon sauce that was out of this world. It was probably swimming in the lake one hour before I ordered it. Seriously, one of the best pieces of fish I ever had. It came with baby potatoes that were cooked with butter and parsley. The people there are wonderful and very helpful, they don't provide refrigerators in the rooms, but when I brought a bottle of wine from the supermarket back to the kitchen, they were happy to chill it for us in the refrigerator downstairs. If you ever get to visit this wonderful place, do stay or have a meal there, it is really special.

Interestingly there were two restrooms-one with a small sink + shower and one with a really small sink + toilet. There are 3 separate radiators so it's a great place to do makeshift laundry. Cons: A lot of morning light The online website we booked through noted the restaurant has a free breakfast. This is not being offered right now due to construction. I took a bite and was blown away. Perfectly oiled and salted with an excellent texture. This was a great veggie medley. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with our experience here.
