Everybody was welcoming & friendly, starting with the receptionist, who never lost her smile nor her composure despite having to deal with several patients and the phone at the same time. Dr. Goldstein was also welcoming, she was patient and friendly, yet very professional. She took all the time I needed to explain my condition, which made me feel she really cared. I felt appreciated, which is so important to a patient when you're sick and looking for answers. I left the office feeling better emotionally speaking, hopeful and specially grateful. I now live in Nevada but will never forget how good an experience I had that day. A+!!!

After a family emergency caused me to miss the two-day follow-up, the receptionist -- rude, unprofessional, and careless -- refused to help and said I had to redo everything. They were rough during the exam and even left bruises on me. I paid $120 and had to fight just to get $80 back. If I had her name, I would report them to the health department in a heartbeat. It's a good thing I know Dr. Baylis. For the past 20 years or so, he has kept me on my feet. I've worn a boot, had ortho xrays and tests, and got shots. I used to be afraid of shots but I got over it with Dr. Baylis - THAT is amazing. He also knows about the latest medical stuff - like the companies that have your special meds, durable medical equipment, etc. Dr. Baylis is the kind, smart, broad-smiling doctor that people are relieved to have as the person who'll help escort them to better health. He: * Is team doctor for American Heritage & Archbishop McCarthy high schools * Was the assistant team doctor for the New York Mets Everyone - literally every person - who works there is very nice and does their job well. They smile at you and lean into their conversations with you. I go to a couple of doctors' offices and this office is the unicorn. They run smooth and there are no hiccups, even when my surgery date had to be changed. I'm getting ongoing treatment from Dr. Baylis and I'm feeling better. His treatment plan is right for me - I'm not surprised. Hey, I don't know what I'm doing and I need to trust an expert doctor to have the right ideas about how to make me better. When you get into the back their entire team is nice , efficient, but above all caring. The anesthesiologist was so so patient and compassionate about my concerns. She was truly a gem. Every person who works here that I encountered from start to finish was amazing. The care, cleanliness, and overall kind atmosphere is not what I have experienced at other facilities. I was in such great hands here and a huge thank you to all. It's obvious that this place is run correctly and that the nurses, doctors and pretty much everyone you encounter is just nice. Please consult this review prior to seeking care from Christopher Fanella or Dr. Fishman:…read more In 2021, I saw Dr. Fishman and his PA Christopher Fanella, for chronic back pain. An MRI was performed, and the radiologist's report clearly noted a congenital birth defect called lipomyelomeningocele. Despite this being documented in the report, Fishman and Fanella disregarded that finding and told me I was "fine," that I've had this issue since birth, and attributed my pain solely to disc bulging and herniation. I followed their recommendations, including physical therapy. Over the years, my pain persisted and physical therapy failed to provide AND relief. I tried to manage my pain the best I could with intermittent steroids and naproxen to no avail. The whole process was physically and emotionally debilitating. Finally, In 2025, I returned to their care due to excruciating pain and underwent another MRI. The findings related to tethered cord syndrome (lipomyelomeningocele) remained unchanged. Yet again, instead of further evaluating this congenital condition or referring me to a neurosurgeon, Mr. Fanella continued to recommend more physical therapy and said the defect that the defect that the radiologist noted for a SECOND time had nothing to do with the excruciating pain I was experiencing. He referred me back to PT despite me telling him that it was making my condition worse. After multiple failed attempts at physical therapy, I sought care from another back specialist, Dr. Vecchione. Upon reviewing my MRI, that doctor immediately referred me to a neurosurgeon. In 2026, nearly 5 years after my initial visit with Dr. Fishman, I was formally diagnosed with tethered cord syndrome/spina bifida by a neurosurgeon which is the cause of my extreme , chronic lower back pain that I have endured for over 10 years. Because this office failed to take the time to fully evaluate my MRI findings or investigate the tethered cord noted as far back as 2021, I endured years of misdiagnosis, unmanaged pain, and significant mental health distress. I am now facing the possibility of surgery to untether my spinal cord; something I was explicitly told years ago was "nothing to worry about." If this was not caught when it was, I could have had life changing consequences for something as routine as receiving an epidural during childbirth. My condition has worsened, and I have lost valuable years during which earlier intervention and monitoring could have made a meaningful difference. I strongly encourage patients to stay away from this practice. You will not receive individualized, intentional treatment. Your pain and MRI results will not be taken seriously, and you will likely end up in a PT mill

A few weeks ago, I came here looking for an orthopedic walk in clinic…read more I had a direct impact fall on my right knee and was in so much pain! The staff was wonderful! Kind, empathetic, patient and helpful. Dr. Hesse was fantastic! She did an ultrasound on my knee and I had X-rays done. She took out fluid from my knee, gave me a shot for pain and referred me for an MRI stat. Once i had my MRI, I came back to her. She told me I had a severe stress fracture in my femur a torn meniscus and inflammation on my patella. She told me I needed to stay off my feet for 4-6 weeks. So I could no longer work in my field as a Registered Behavior Therapist. She wrote me a note for work and prescribed me two different pain relievers (My request.) She was very kind and thorough with me. She didn't rush me out of the room. Very smart, empathetic and caring. Her nurse (I forgot her name) (sorry) was also very caring, kind and helpful.
