I recently had a colonoscopy scheduled & since my husband was in the hospital with a stroke - I decided to cancel it. How hard can that be? I called 3 times & left a message but received no call back. This was on 8/4. My appt was 8/10. So on 8/6 I personally went into the office of the surgery center to find out it was not cancelled. The receptionist there assured me she would cancel it. then I got a voice mail message from Sherry telling me all the particulars of my upcoming appt!!! I am frustrated to say the least! So I called again & talked to Sherry who said I was still on the schedule for Monday. Now this is on Friday at 3:25pm. I am HOT.!!! I told her all about my attempts to cancel & once again I am assured it is cancelled! How professional can that office staff be??? Do they not take their job seriously??? Please be careful working with these people or you may just want to find another Dr!!!!

Well, he has discovered and removed polyps several times, and it is possible that is why I am ambulating at 93, after three, or is it four colonoscopies. A heimish kind of practice, informal with much-needed free jokes. Do you think that I would choose anyone except a top expert? He's the kind of guy you can drop your drawers for with confidence. Actually, they modestly help you on a gurney in a designer gown and you go to sleep counting to ten backwards, and a minute later you wake up and wonder why he went home in the middle of the procedure. At one recent hospital visit, Dr. Bianchi burst through my door with a smile and a warm bedside manner with an eagerness to help. From then on, each and every day of my hospital stay, she was there to explain in great detail what was going on and what she planned on doing to help me. She is amazing. She is kind. She is willing to sit with you as long as you need. She's willing to get her hands dirty (not literally, she wears gloves) and get in there to solve your problems. To top it off, she even called in an intern so she could show the next generation of doctor exactly what she was doing for me.

My daughter's PCP recommended Dr. Reddy, who is a man when my daughter and I usually prefer female specialists. However, Dr. Reddy's office was accommodating, and my daughter was seen by Dr. Reddy's assistant who was very nice and showed concern for my daughter's situation. All of the staff there were very nice. We have only had one visit there and I am hopeful that the impression that we got is real and that we have found the right fit for our health needs.
