I've used their urgent care many times over the years and even stayed overnight on a few occasions. Each time, the care was very cost‑effective for both me and the facility. Like any medical center, there were occasional issues, but in my experience they were unintentional and addressed quickly once brought to their attention. I've always appreciated that responsiveness. The building itself is consistently clean and feels secure, which gives me peace of mind whenever I'm there. The parking garage is another plus -- plenty of spaces, easy to navigate, and never a hassle. Overall, I've had a reliable, positive experience here for a long time. No complaints.

When my daughter (after a major stroke - paralyzed left side) was placed at this facility it seemed…read morethat the staff were attentive to her condition - wrong - as soon as we left the issues started - #1 it took the staff over 30 minutes to come to her aid after she fell on the floor. no notes as to her "Fall risk" even with a band stating that in her folder - not on her arm. #2 Getting the staff to respond when it was only there - over an hour, when we were there- 10-15 minute responses. she has been left in pissed cover clothes and sheets for over an hour. staff kept the "Call Bell" out of her reach (12X) until "the family" complained to Senior Administration even then it was not totally resolved. #3 Patient Techs leaving PHI, room number, meds, and diagnoses - total HIPPA violation. Admin did nothing but thanked us for giving it back. #4 Room had a serious electrical safety issue ( no cover on a 4 gang outle. My overall review of this place - they keep family happy but not patients. I recommend you find another place for rehabilitation. Buyer beware. If I could score in a negative I would (-25). Do not put your family or friends to this place. They are there for the pay check nothing more.

I was instructed to go to Imaging for my foot X-ray. Unfortunately the front desk (two associates) reported that they were "not open until 8:30am" and to come back (no appointment. It was around 7:20am and I had to leave to go to work. I then requested off early to get my X-ray done around 3:30pm, called ahead of time and was told Imaging is usually open at 7am. I get to the front desk and was told the same but now there's a wait with a few people ahead of me. Poor communication, poor system. I may never have actual time to complete this foot X-ray.

Worst hospital experience with my father . i had to 1 sleep on the floor next to my fathers…read morehospital bed in icu . They say 1 person allowed to stay the night and provide nothing to accomodate ,1 small hard chair no reclining chair they could find. i asked my fathers nurse OLIVIA on adult icu unit about somthing i noticed on my father. OLIVIA's response was "i dont get paid enough to know what that is" OLIVIA also made remarks about having to "take a really good shower when she gets off" after changing my dads dressings and cleaning him after using the bathroom . Hearing these comments from someone who signed up to do these jobs is absolutely insensitive to any person in this hospital. A COLLEAGUE. came into my fathers doorway explaining to OLIVIA that another patient had removed maybe a nose oxygen line several times to which she blurted with what seemed like frustration " im gonna go stick that thing to his forehead" now out of respect for the other patient those words shld have never been spoken in my room in front of myself. as everyone has tried to come to defense that they "do" put on ones forehead at times, OLIVIA in every way meant it the way it came out she was "gonna go stick that on his forehead" I wish I could give this hospital no star

As I'm waiting in the lobby only 1 lady (black with long nails...i wish I got her name) at the desk was checking people in and the other 2 people were just sitting. They should have a separate office space if they are working on other tasks because it's not a good look when you have a bunch of patients piling on 1 employee. Leslie the MA was pleasant. I find it odd that it takes 2 to 5 business days for drug test results to come back when this place is open 24 hours and labs do around the clock testing. The Asian doctor (I believe his name starts with a Z) is very pushy and think he know more than my PCP I've been going to since I was 12. He swear I need to get checked for sleep apnea. Mind you he never asked if I ever had a sleep study done before. My lungs & heart were fine, and I did all the mobility tests with no problem, I still was only given 3 months DOT certification. I'm going to assume this company gets money for sleep study referrals. It's 2026 & y'all keep using BMI and other vital chart references that were made for white people!!! I am overweight and active but haven't been diagnosed with HBP, diabetes or any other health issues. My PCP said I just need to get my weight under control with diet & exercise. All that pushing & I was still DOT certified. So the 2 stars are for Leslie and the other lady at check-in.

After seeing the P.A. whom was a pleasure and patient with helping me understand what he see is the issue. On the follow up visit with the Dr I was waiting in the room before he came in and a female, I dont know who she was kept coming in on the phone Im assumimg with IT looking at a computer. This was very annoying and eventually they moved me to be seen in another room. This facility does employment exams and physical therapy. The physical therapy staff are friendly l, patient and knowledged as well. I have had a decent time during my visits. If you are in need for care outside of physical therapy, depending in the time of day as its a 24hr facility, your wait time can vary upto spending 3 hrs to be seen and out. It was clean in the areas I visited.
