They have a nice size parking lot so that's not an issue it can get busy but there's also a hidden lot to the left. The place is always clean. The receptionists in the front are nice , and friendly. And they move the line fast! The seating area is nice and comfortable no terrible chairs. It's very quiet and private. The assistants that work for the doctors are always so happy and caring , and they make sure to let you know all details , and answer any questions you may have. When being brought to the room it's also nice and quiet and comfortable , you can bring someone with you as well it isn't an issue. ( I don't like going to appointments alone ). They also have translators and they do an amazing job with your beloved family member , they will never be left in the dark. The doctors are even better, they care , they want to get you better and they want to do everything they can. Dr Okpara is Amazing I love her ! She has a done a few procedures on me and she knows I'm terrified to be put to sleep and she holds my hand and calms me down and is great, like I'm so thankful for her. This place is just beyond great! If you need a G.I doctor come here. You won't regret it , and you will never want to be seen by anyone else.

I am a two-time colon cancer survivor who has had two partial colectomies and numerous surgeries. Dr. Shah arrived and it was then and only then did he realize the extent of my history. I was astonished that he or his staff had not advised him PRIOR to the procedure. THIS WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY ROOM PROCEDURE. I have been having colonoscopies since 1981 due to a family history of colon cancer and have been scoped by numerous gastroenterologists over the last three decades and I was duly UNIMPRESSED by his lack of competence and absence of Bedside Manner. Ironically, I was actually referred to Dr. Greenwald by my Primary Care Physician Howard Schulman and Unfortunately somehow wound up with Shah. Needless to say I will NOT be returning.

The first person I spoke with had an accent so thick it was difficult to communicate. The second person had dogs barking in the background. Rather frustrating. I'll be looking elsewhere. The call centers are becoming a very common, yet dissatisfying service and are not doing businesses any justice. What happened to calling an office and getting a real live person who is actually sitting at the desk to talk to? Customer service is crucial especially when dealing with medical needs.

First, I called to set up my appointment, everyone was very helpful, listened to all my questions and always gave me professional answer and every single bit of information I needed. Very helpful team and they call back, never left me hanging. The day of my procedure, everything was even better than expected, Dr. Pedro Barros is outstanding, he is kind, a wonderful doctor with excellent bedside manners, very professional, as well as the Anesthesiologist, and all the team, all of them were very helpful to make me feel at ease. She then went on to say, she would need to ask me a few questions to verify my identity. She called my house and asked for me! I could NOT understand her! I usually receive a letter stating that I need to call and make an appointment. I had just seen my PCP and had talked about finding a new practice, now I definitely will! 8am is too early for those type of phone calls and the person making them should speak UNDERSTANDABLE ENGLISH.

As we walked in, there was a nice receptionist ready to help and within a few minutes, my husband went it. It took a bit longer than expected for the proceduere, but once he was ready, I got a call on my cellphone to park along the front curb and pick him up. He came out with a full report with pictures and instructions. Very professional, very efficient.
