Randomly came upon this place while walking around the beautiful city and the pizza looked amazing so we headed in and were lucky enough to be there on a night that Chef Stan was chatting with diners. Even though we didn't have a reservation he slid us in and we are so glad he did! He made wonderful recommendations and we ended up having a wonderful conversation about food and restaurants and the differences between US/Scandi restaurant foods. We learned so much and made our trip all that much more special. We shared a flatbread (he shaved the truffle right at our table ) and the Swedish meatballs--huge veal meatballs with dreamy gravy from his mormor (grandma's) recipe.
