It's not somewhere you sit down and chill for a long time. In the 20 minutes or so that I spent there there was a high traffic of people ordering a coffee or pastries to go and only one other group who sat inside.

They didn't have chai latte, but they had chai tea (presumably in teabags). It looks as though matcha latte is more common than chai latte in Stockholm. I had a croissant on and a cheese and tomato sandwich. They were both very good. Overall, very smooth and pleasant experience. I saw a few customers with babies and/ or dogs, which should be a good indicator of how comfortable and welcoming this place is.
