    Please re open the branch on ford parkway because the other nearby branches are overloaded with…read morecustomers and there is an unbelievably long wait, especially the one on Grand ave where there are often three lanes of cars feeding the drive through with six or more cars in each lane - often extending onto grand avenue. The wait to get into that lobby is also outrageous. The ford parkway branch has been "temporarily" closed almost three months now. Why can't it open like all of the others stores in town?

The branch manager, Molica Yann, also went out of her way to meet me and make me feel welcome. I am not a rich person so it was nice to be treated like a valued customer- Mr. Turay, Ms. Yann, and all of the other employees were professional, conscientious and yet warm and friendly. Both Mr. Turay and Ms. Yann made sure I had their contact information and assured me I could call them with any questions or concerns. Today, one day later, Mr. Turay called to follow up and thank me for opening an account there and to see if I had any questions. 5 out of 5 stars. This branch has set a new standard for customer service. Based on this level of customer service I wish I could continue using the Highland Park branch, but they have definitely given me a favorable impression of Wells Fargo so I am going to consider WF for my other banking needs. I hope that I will find a similar level of service at the other branches in the Washington DC area.

    Had an absolutely infuriating experience at this branch this morning. I realize my timing happened…read moreto be bad, which is why I sat waiting in the lobby for a banker to speak to for 45 minutes. (I didn't know you could make an appointment, now I do.) When I was finally "helped", I was told my email address is invalid. The email address that I've been using with their service for the past TWENTY YEARS. There's no way it's "invalid," as I got an email from WF not three days ago. Something was clearly broken on their end in their IT department. (Originally I attempted to conduct my business online via their website, but it was non-functional, so I tried the mobile version, which was also non-functional, so I had no options but to go in-person, which was WHY I was even here in the first place.) Max asked me for a different email, but I don't want to confuse my accounts or their system any worse than it already is, so I declined. He said it was "necessary" and I asked why, and he said "to send an electronic consent." WTF? I'm literally sitting in your branch in the flesh with my government ID and I can't VERBALLY consent? Are you for reals?? At a loss, Max picked up the phone to dial into some other Wells Fargo helpline. I had to repeat all my private info over the phone in public to this schmuck, who then proceeded to INTERROGATE me about how much/how long/how I planned to use the funds. He would not proceed without this detailed information. Extremely rude! Finally I was allowed to consent verbally, and I was given a couple of figures/rates. This is literally all I wanted. Just some real numbers so I could make an informed decision about my banking needs. Is that so much to ask?? These f*ckers made it difficult, insulting, and wasted over an hour of my time. This is NOT how you should treat a dedicated customer.

Manager could have stepped in early to help but didn't. Here is the kicker, after all that time I got to counter to buy Euros for our overseas trip. At the end of the transaction he tells me that I will get them in three days! They don't carry Euros anymore! Good by Wells. Never returning.

The experience was enjoyable and neither my son nor I felt rushed or stressed at all.     Absolutely terrible treatment as someone who's been with Wings for two years now. My account was…read morerandomly closed, no reason was given to me via phone and my questions couldn't be answered, I was told i would be transferred to another department but then i was met with the same attitude of "I don't know go in and ask lol" energy. The woman i called seemed like she was bored, and did not care. She lacked empathy as this was closed when I had financial obligations and a whole paycheck coming from my job that I work my butt off at. This unpleasant and pretentious Wings' Staff Member said they sent me a letter "warning me" on May 12th (it's June 3rd) that my account would be closed "due to a negative balance" if i didn't take the two weeks to make a deposit. I have gotten paid within that time period multiple times from when that "warning" was made - and my account was never negative, and i never received said letter. I have dealt with them randomly issuing Overdraft Fees on my account when they aren't negative and they have blamed it on their AI Systems and refused to refund me. I've only gotten one singular refund. It's crazy, maybe you should maybe NOT rely on AI when it's our money? Just a thought. Stop cutting corners. Anyhow, she said i would need to go to someone to "figure it out" and I eventually hung up because I was disgusted by her lack of knowledge and overall disgusting attitude. Hopefully you guys hire staff members that actually like doing their jobs because there's a ton of people who would gladly take her job and do it better.
