Ok the service was good. BUT their wash uses the old style rubber agitators. Right away I thought "f*×€#" and sure enough I found a paint chip ripped out if my 2016 dodge coupe sedan. I suggest not using car washes with these antiquated systems. I guess that's what I get for not having the patience and waiting at the large chain car wash down the street. read more

The service was amazing! Came in last week to get the oil changed in my car! The lube tech guy was very efficient and professional. Did his work in a timely manner. He seems to know what he is doing and you can tell he is an honest person who will do what it takes to complete the job. This place sucks for oil changes. They couldn't get oil filter off, citing that their tool broke. Many ways to get an oil filter off. Then for some reason the did something that made it so the car would not start. Battery and alternator less than year old, so there wasn't an existing mechanical issue. Car has started fine since leaving the place. They had to jump start the car for my wife to be on her way. They probably caught something they did wrong and didn't mention it. read more

Shane who works in the Oil Change and repair dept. has been extremely helpful and has a great attitude.He cares about his customers and is very polite. I had my oil changed this Monday on Tuesday while driving on 99 my under carriage splash shield flew off on 99. Front screws weren't secured correctly and came off. It was catching wind which dragged it to the floor and ripped it off while driving. Went in next day after work the next day had my GF take it to them. They told her that we must have hit a bump. Being the a 2007 Mazda6 is low it's would have been damaged toward the center and would have bottomed out which would in turn cause more damage than breaking off a under carriage shield and not leave the portion of it that was towards the middle of the car. I had to call because I knew since she was a female they would feed her some bullshit. I called I explain why it was their fault since I have had the car for almost 3 months and no issue but after they removed it and wasn't screwed on right it had come off. They agreed that's what happened but now they wanted to tell me that the screws were old yes the car was made in 2007 not new but definitely not old either. I asked since it was because was their fault are they gonna replace it. They told me I really don't need it its just to prevent noise ( really but if something goes under their it will definitely make more damage smh idiots ) I asked again since you agree it had happened on their account will they replace it the answer I got was you can probably get one at a pick and pull yourself. So they changed their excuse but agreed it was cause of them and then blame it on the age of my car. Don't come here cause even if your cars new cause you'll probably get the same excuse especially if your a female my suggestion take responsibility and more pride in your work. Also maybe just stick to washing cars. Cause if they told me I don't need that part then you really don't know what your doing cause it that was the case they would remove it from ever car since it isn't needed at least that their so called expertise. Not a very happy customer and up set they would try to take advantage of my GF by feeding her bullshit. The guys didn't even want to talk to me on the phone cause they knew I wasn't gonna be fed bullshit like she did. On top of all that my GF as she was driving home had the hood almost open cause they failed yet again to close it. She also began to tell me that they were trying to take a picture of her which she had to refuse 2 times they said just so they can also get a pic of the car in case I had to go down their they can show me which made her uncomfortable and she just took the car and left. Horrible place to get your oil change. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!! The owners son did my oil change and left the cap open causing the oil to explode everywhere causing a lot of damages to my car that weren't there before. The manager wouldn't even answer my calls and even turned off her phone. read more

I get a full detail EVERY 3 months or so. I was just there the last week in June. They always charge $100. I just went today and the new owners want to charge $135 for LESS work. The boy wasn't very knowledgeable either. They would rather lose a regular customer over $35 than see me return every 3 months. read more

Ron in the oil change department did my oil change the other day and was very knowledgable about what questions i asked him, i had taken my car to the chevy dealership previously for my oil changes but Ron made me aware of the oil they used and since my car is 2012 model, the oil i SHOULD be using.. which is a synthetic blend... i had not known that until i went there and i was very pleased with not only his knowledge and willingness to help me but also his customer service. After he was finished helping me, i saw him cleaning things up in the shop and making sure things looked nice and organized around him. he was a very hard worker, i could tell... this place is very lucky to have him, everyone was nice yes but i had my great experience with him. Definatly recommend this place, and yes they are offering the 1/2 price oil changes right now!! i got mine! and then ran my car thru the carwash. read more

I have been going to this car wash for over a year and haven't had a problem until today. I paid for an exterior and interior wash. There was one car ahead of me in line, but they left just after their wash, so obviously, they didn't want the interior service. I parked in the lot and went to sit at the table outside while the interior crew worked on my car, but no one showed up. After waiting for 20 minutes, I hunted up the employee who originally rang me up and told him that I wanted my money back for the interior cleaning. He said, "I don't blame you." He waked over to the garage area where he told the manager, Ron, that I had been left waiting 20 minutes to have the interior done and now I wanted my money back. Ron came inside the shop area and asked where I had paid. I told him outside. He said he had to do the return outside. I asked him to hurry. He said, "If you are going to be rude, I am going to take my time." He went outside and essentially disappeared. I went looking for him, and he came back to the shop area from the garage and told me it had all been taken care of. I told him that it had not as I did not have my refund. That's when he told me that he'd tucked my refund under the wiper blade on my car across the parking lot. This man, Ron, is the manager, yet, he never once apologized for the poor customer service; instead, he compounded it by accusing me of being rude and then acting rudely himself. One would think that the manager would know the importance of courtesy in a customer service industry. read more

Took truck in for wash. Not only was the car not washed well, but came out marked up on the drivers side, with horizontal marks, like the washing strips flailed against the side of the car. The marks are red and gray-ish, same color as the car was machine. Called a service guy named Ron over who tried to be helpful by getting the owner. The main owner/manager, Jim, was rude, did not even acknowledge me, refused to even address me or the damage. Ron offered to repair it after hours, because the boss would not allow him to take care of the damage at the time. Jim immediately went and hid in his office behind a closed door. Maybe he was afraid to offer proper customer service??, afraid of me?? Not sure, but there is nothing like paying for a full serive car wash, getting your car damaged, having an employee offer to buff it out, only to be denied by the owner. Give this palce a miss. Bad service is one thing....damage to your truck is another. read more
