Went to the VIP spot for the current release of Star Wars. Tickets sold out. Had planned to eat at the VIP "cafe" so we ordered food and waited 45 minutes for 3 sandwiches, meanwhile the two people at the counter served a line of beer, wine and popcorn guests. Understand we arrived at the theater 45 min before movie time. We had to take seats left in the regular theater and by the time we sat down with our food, there were only seats in the front row that we could see were available. We got out money back from the ticket counter bc we couldn't enjoy the movie in seat next to the screen. The poorest customer service and I've have better at the VIP spot. It was a bad weekend for going as the place was packed, however, the management didn't staff for the crowd they would have for this event. Very disappointing. The worst customer service ever. The counters at the Juice Bar were slopped with sticky juice and no one cleaned it up until asked to do so. Who hires these young people? Does management even check to see how they are doing? read more

I love the VIP lounge. I am in the process of moving from Wenatchee and the VIP lounge is something I am going to miss. Heck I love any place that lets me drink wine in the theater! Beware.. you will get so excited about ordering food and have it brought to you in the movie is addicting and the 15$ entrance can add up. Our first time there cost us nearly 90$. The movie and seats were great. Staff and "General Manager" were rude and complete asses. I would not go back or recommend going here if you have any type of medical condition or physical disability. They treat you like crap. read more

I came here and spent $18 on tickets and $12 on snacks and they wouldn't give me a cup for water, even though the smoke levels outside are absolutely terrible. I cannot believe this service. I was told I could go next door to Big Lots but I think it's unacceptable that a movie theater located in Wenatchee where it is super hot and Smokey wouldn't make an even one-time exception for someone who didn't know it was okay to bring in my own water because of all the signs saying no outside food or drink/bags subject to inspection. I work here. There is a reason for our policies, and we get so many complaints about prices that it can often be frustrating to explain the whole process of our business to people all the time. Here's the reason. Most people don't know when I tell them that 50% or more (especially big blockbusters) of the ticket sales can go to the movie making companies like 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros. etc. Yes, we do profit on ticket sales some, but THE LARGE MAJORITY OF OUR PROFITS COME FROM CONCESSION SALES. It doesn't cost us much at all to whip up a bag of popcorn or a soda, but this is where we make our money, and no, it is not millions. If you like having a night out to watch a cool new movie on the big screen with awesome sound and maybe a beer in the VIP, or a wrap and smoothie from Juice Zone, which by the way is pretty cool for Wenatchee, then you need to understand that your support for our company comes from buying our concessions. Know that you are probably mostly supporting movie making companies when you buy your ticket, and us workers when you buy snacks. We do not stop people from bringing in bags or buckets to share popcorn with, we actually encourage it. If we were allowed to give out free bags to everyone, however, I think it is understandable that we would sell much less popcorn overall, we are just trying to make more money is the truth. It's a business. For the most part were a bunch of kids working here, cut us some slack! Most of all relax and have fun. We enjoy serving you and want you to have fun and not be mad at us because of prices! I hope this helps. read more

VIP is amazing the seats are so comfortable and as a bigger girl thats a good thing it always hard to find comfortable seats in theaters when you have larger hips. read more

For some coming from a big city our little theater might not seem like much, but to those who grew up here, like myself, this theater means Wenatchee is really moving up in the world! We love the vip spot and go there whenever we can. The sweet potato fries with aoli are the best! The only downside is that it is not a full bar. When I'm paying for a 21 and older spot I expect to be able to get a cocktail. Also the on tap beer selection is really small! But the seats are comfortable and the theater is always clean. read more

A fun big-city style cinema! This is a great place to catch a movie and enjoy an evening out. They have a VIP lounge for when you want to see a movie without the kids and and have a number of cinemas so the variety is usually pretty good too. read more

You had one job. ONE. JOB. We go to order popcorn and they are out of butter. All evening. I said "can't you go to Safeway or something?" People want to see movies and eat popcorn. It's very simple. this movie theatre was a great addition to wenatchee! we needed an updated movie theatre even though the liberty is a gem, it's old and the chairs hurt my butt! the gateway has a wide variety of snacks and the chairs in the theatre are comfortable. the theatre is all updated, clean and new and the place is really nice. I heard they show the games on the big screen there and I bet that would be a lot of fun to check out sometime! read more

Haven't been there to see a movie in the VIP room yet, but I'm sure I will. We saw a very late first run movie in probably their smallest theatre. Only two others in the whole thing, so it was nice to have the place to ourselves. It still has that 'new theatre' smell, the seats were nice and comfy with plenty of leg room. The theatre itself was clean, the restrooms are HUGE and clean, and everything was brightly lit outside the actual theatres, and nice and dark inside them. The popcorn was a bit overpriced for how small a 'medium' is, but I wasn't left with a lot of popcorn at the end of the movie (usually a problem for me). No refills on the sodas either, which was a bit of a bummer. Also, nothing resembling a matinee price at noon during the week ($8? really?). Still, the overall quality of the theatre and the friendliness of the staff were enough to keep this a solid 4 instead of a 3. If they addressed the price issues (better matinee prices or better prices on the consessions) they'd be a 5 in my book. Also, they have a vintage Q*bert game and purport to hold pinball tournaments. Yes, Wenatchee got a new Theater but even other countries know how to do it. They should of built a Cinepolis, with a an upscale mall around it or with the theater inside it Yes, we got a new theater, but out of town and way to expensive!! Especially matinees and kids. At least before they built this theater, kids were half of adults and matinees were under $7. Now everything is marked up and you save $.50 on kid tickets. Liberty theaters the other show in town is a partner, so everything is a monopoly, now. read more

So it's Christmas Eve and we came to watch Star Wars. I go to ask the people at the concession stand for an empty box, bag, or cup so that my father can share popcorn with his grandsons. I even offered to pay for it, but the answer was no. I asked for a manager, who turned out to be nothing more than a rotten peach. I asked her the same thing and with her sour scowl on her face, she too told me no. Wayyy perturbed by this point, I said, "this is the most ridiculous s%#t I've ever effing heard." She looked me dead in the eye and very quietly said, "fuck you!" DEBBIE YOU ARE THE MANAGER! That is your job to remain calm and take care of your patrons. YOU do not get to speak to people that way-EVER! I highly suggest you have no dealings with this wretched, pathetic excuse for a manager. I have got to say that the VIP is the only way to go. The staff is awesome, friendly, attentive and quick. The seats are super comfy. I just wish they mixed up the movies a little more. How fun would it be to go in and see some older classics during the week. HELLO!!! you cant be that busy during the week. They are not allowed to give out anything unless you pay full price for it. I'm assuming you didn't want to pay full price, therefore they had to tell you no. You getting angry and cursing yourself at the manager. I don't know why you would expect her to treat you with any respect. Do on to others as you want done on to you. Yes maybe she should have "stayed calm" and just smiled at you. But you didn't deserve it. I like their new theater but their manager is very rude her name is Davie Rchia she is not a good manager ever. Imagine she told us she will not allow us to watch the movie that we paid because of our child and she did not even give us a refund. We been there for 10mins. only. I think that manager need more training because she did not know how to be nice to her customers. And in my openion there is suppose to be an age bracket of the kids that you allow to watch that kind of movies because you can't really expect all the kids below 4 years old to behave inside the theater! Ok, so I've gone to this theater a couple times and I think I have enough of the experience to write a review on it. I'll start off with the good. The lobby is pretty big so no cramming with the crowds and theres quite a few places to purchase drinks and popcorn. The actual screen room is also big with a great sound system and comfy seats. The bad really outweighs the good though. I can't complain about the prices from experience but the person purchasing the snacks sure lost alot more than he was expecting. My group goes to the movies regularly and we are used to kids talking and screaming in them and we know the staff can't stop all of it but every few minutes one would act up. Speaking of kids, the movies shown there are exclusively movies meant for kids and there are usually never any blockbusters above a low PG-13 rating. I would go to this theater more and rate it better if these wrongs didn't get in the way so much from the movie. Seriously though the movie selection they chose for this theater makes it so I can't really go to anything unless my little brother wants to see something. Guess who cant see Pacific Rim, Wolverine, R.I.P.D, Man of Steel, and others unless they go to Liberty Cinema or another town. So yeah, go ahead if you want to see a kid movie, good day. read more

My husband and I went to visit our in laws and were able to have a date night away from our one year old. As we got our nearly 30 dollars worth of goodies, my husband ripped the bag to our almost 8$ bag of medium popcorn. I went to the front counter to ask for another bag as my husband had a bag of spilled half of it on his lap. The staff was very rude and said they could not give us another due to inventory, which I get, but at what point should they make a special exception? I was even willing to pay the cost of the bag. Yet they still refused to help. I even went to the Juice zone and asked them if I could buy one of their to go boxes that they had stacked right next to their cash register and she said she couldn't sell me one either. I then asked to talk to the manager, Colleen. After all of this, I was asked if I wanted to purchase another bag of popcorn. Very frustrated after our first date night was going this direction, we decided to go home. A part of customer service is making sure your customers are happy and want to come back.
