Branden came over and did a long look at my unit and agreed that it was an electrical thing- apparently he WAS willing to figure out what was going wrong- got it going again and said when it stops working again to call him so he can figure out where the wiring needed replaced. Spent a long time at my house. Well, it went out a month later and he came over and did everything he could to figure out where the wiring problem was. Took a couple visits and lots of trial fixes. Said he could service my AC just fine in the future and fixed the issue- everything working again. He also has lots of options for when I do need to replace my older system- but it's not now. Very conscientious, very knowledgeable and very patient and tries very hard to fix the problem without taking shortcuts and not wanting to do the work cares more about the customer than making a big sale.

After about a week or so Brandon contacted us to make sure everything was working properly and to see if we had any questions. I thought I might need mine cleaned and I only have a small one bedroom apartment so I contacted them. The woman said there was a cancellation so they could come out in a couple hours and they would give me the final price before starting work. If I choose not to have the work done I'd have to pay $25 for the visit/quote. They arrived basically on time. The young man was professional and well-spoken. He looked through the rooms and basement and counted the vents/registers and main line ducts. I thought I had just one "main line" in the basement but based on the price it appears there are 4 or 5. That seems to be the bulk of the cost because they charge $10/foot which isnt stated in the coupon. He gave me the quote and I chose to complete the work. Three nice young men completed the work. They were friendly and polite and seemed to work hard. It was done in a few hours. He stated that they also cleaned the dryer vent though it doesn't appear on the invoice. I'm going to take a look at the dryer vent today to see how it looks. The young man also indicated that they sanitized the ducts to eliminate germs/bacteria/dust mites and feces. I had expected them to provide a Safety Data Sheet or information on the sanitization process or chemical used but I didn't receive one. I'm sure I could have asked but they finished so quickly I didn't have a chance. I smelled nothing after they left thought they treated all the ducts and said I should run the fan constantly for an hour because of the sanitization process. Cost breakdown for 1 BR 1 BATH apartment: $45.95 cleaning of 7 vents (coupon) $10.00 clean second air return (even though there is only one, the duct was split in half) $396.00 clean main lines in basement ($10/ft w max of $99 per line) $120.00 cut holes in ducts to perform the cleaning. $40/hole. $125 Clean blower fan (optional work) $90.00 Treat air passages interiors with sanitizing (sic) to eliminate germs/bacteria/dust mites/feces ----------------------------------------- $786.95 ($810.56 if using credit card)

It was a big undertaking, with a lot of piping? from the ground up to that space. Shane, the owner, came out within a short period of time to evaluate the space and give me a bid. The crew that came was awesome, respectful, and cleaned up their messes. Shane then came to make sure everything was copacetic. I was so impressed, that I now use them at least twice a year to service my air conditioning, mini split unit as well as my furnace. Speaking of... They always send me reminders when I am due, as I notoriously forget that maintenance which is very important. They definitely come up to the city, not sure how far west they go.

Not sure that's true. I am having a problem now with water leaking on the floor from an overflow from the heater. Sam talked to us July 3, 2025, we showed him pictures of the issue. Said he would be out asap to check situation. He blew us off. I'm sure because he knew he put it over the drain and blocked it. End of July 2025 and, after calling , texting, my husband calling, texting , I had to call a different company to come out and found out that Sam from Liberty Heating and Air moved the water heater to a different spot and over the drain so now I have to have it moved because water is flooding the basement and we have to put overflow hose in a bucket. This is going to cost$$$ Avoid Sam and Liberty Heating and Air Ridgetop address. He isn't a reputable service. Sam if you see this review and are honorable and properly take care of the problem you caused we will alter the review to reflect your ethics in correcting your mistake. Otherwise.......the value for your service is minus several hundreds of dollars and your name is mud. Shame on you. Well ,Sam is a good guy after all I said. He called me back, went to the property resolved the issue which turned out not to be a mistake he made but rather our tenant moving the overflow drain out of the drain. The other company said the water heater needed to be moved. Sam showed me proof he hadn't moved the location of the water heater from its original spot that it sat on for over 20 years. Jeremiah picked up my call first try, and was out to my house in 20 minutes. He had everything he needed ready to fix it and I'd say it took him an hour to get everything fixed up. He was cheaper than everywhere I called, and that didn't mean it was lower quality.
