Ron McQuerry, the owner of One Hour HVAC answered my call and was at my house in less than 1 hour. It was after 8:30pm and we just received a significant amount of snow and the roads were a mess. Ron diagnosed the heating system, detected the faulty part and explained the options to me. He repaired the system and we once again had heat. I not only appreciated the fact the Ron came to my house late at night, in poor road conditions, but he also took the time to explain everything to me. He had earned my business from now on. I highly recommend One Hour HVAC for repairs, tuneups and general HVAC work.

It was time to replace a 30 year old system. The moment I opened the front door and met Tyler Koonce, I relaxed and realized I was in very good hands. I can't say enough good things about Tyler. He's mature, professional, knowledgeable, an incredibly hard worker, and just a nice person. Tyler explained everything that would occur that day and encouraged me to check in on the progress at any time and ask questions, which I did. His colleague Chris joined him and the two of them spent the next five hours installing the new Lennox system. The two of them did a great job and were a great team. When they were finished, they reviewed what they had done, answered my questions, and showed me how to use the new thermostat. They made the entire process easy and interesting and even fun with their good humor. The new Lennox system is working beautifully and is making all the difference. Thank you, Tyler and Chris! You and Level 9 are the best!

Had to call Spire to check and they found the leak was worse after the 'fix' and called CAC again. Longer wait, but had a different plumber come out to replace the part. Second guy fixed it and all is fine. He did try selling me other services, which was a joke after needing visits for what was a routine fix. I also suffered sticker shock for the visit (only charged for one, thankfully) but excessive hourly rate and supply charges. I'll move away from CAC and roll the dice with someone who can do the job right the first time.

This bid was actually less than the competitors, and they had not been around as long as Harster! It was an easy choice. We scheduled to do the replacement in January. Jim and his team came out to do the install and addressed some additional needs to increase the air flow, make the existing unit up to proper code, and make the filter track so it fit filters appropriately. The last unit installation I'm sure was a DIY job or done by a less qualified company. Jim addressed all those issues. I was on a meeting when he was all finished and didn't get to go see the finished product until after he left. It was beautifully done and very neat.

They talked to me about the system and what I can do to maintain it. The price was fair and what they quoted originally did not change after the work had been done. I would recommend this company to anyone.
