It's too complicated. You need a new system anyway- it's old" said I needed a complete replacement because they can't service my air conditioner anymore - wanted to sell me a $10k unit. Branden came over and did a long look at my unit and agreed that it was an electrical thing- apparently he WAS willing to figure out what was going wrong- got it going again and said when it stops working again to call him so he can figure out where the wiring needed replaced. Spent a long time at my house. Well, it went out a month later and he came over and did everything he could to figure out where the wiring problem was. Took a couple visits and lots of trial fixes. Said he could service my AC just fine in the future and fixed the issue- everything working again. He also has lots of options for when I do need to replace my older system- but it's not now. Very conscientious, very knowledgeable and very patient and tries very hard to fix the problem without taking shortcuts and not wanting to do the work cares more about the customer than making a big sale.

He explained the pros and cons of repairing versus replacing our system-gave us his input on why he would suggest one model over another and suggested we search online to see what we thought. He also worked within our budget and when we agreed on a unit he and his crew were over the following Saturday to install everything. After about a week or so Brandon contacted us to make sure everything was working properly and to see if we had any questions. Not sure that's true. I am having a problem now with water leaking on the floor from an overflow from the heater. Sam talked to us July 3, 2025, we showed him pictures of the issue. Said he would be out asap to check situation. He blew us off. I'm sure because he knew he put it over the drain and blocked it. End of July 2025 and, after calling , texting, my husband calling, texting , I had to call a different company to come out and found out that Sam from Liberty Heating and Air moved the water heater to a different spot and over the drain so now I have to have it moved because water is flooding the basement and we have to put overflow hose in a bucket. This is going to cost$$$ Avoid Sam and Liberty Heating and Air Ridgetop address. He isn't a reputable service. Sam if you see this review and are honorable and properly take care of the problem you caused we will alter the review to reflect your ethics in correcting your mistake. Otherwise.......the value for your service is minus several hundreds of dollars and your name is mud. Shame on you. Well ,Sam is a good guy after all I said. He called me back, went to the property resolved the issue which turned out not to be a mistake he made but rather our tenant moving the overflow drain out of the drain. The other company said the water heater needed to be moved. Sam showed me proof he hadn't moved the location of the water heater from its original spot that it sat on for over 20 years. The other company could have put the drain hose back in the drain but chose not to. Another story. We are happy satisfied customers! I'd recommend Sam he is honorable. A happy ending.....

The crew that came was awesome, respectful, and cleaned up their messes. Shane then came to make sure everything was copacetic. I was so impressed, that I now use them at least twice a year to service my air conditioning, mini split unit as well as my furnace. Speaking of...
