They also replaced a bad bearing, and noticed, after they had matched my existing spring and put in the exact replacement, that the previous installer had used the wrong spring! So they calculated the exact spring I needed, and took out the new one they had just put in and put in a new one of the correct size. They also lubricated both the single door, and also my double garage door right next to it, so they are all operating quietly and efficiently now. They were on time, also, friendly, efficient, and really cared about doing the job right, which seems to be so rare today! Thanks guys, I will be using you for any future garage work!

It was a lemon from day one or installed wrong. I had other garage door companies maintain and adjust it but it broke constantly. Probably spent the same amount repairing it than it cost. I first called A Plus who installed it and the owner was so rude over the phone. constantly interrupting me and condescending There are just some owners that don't know how customer service works, especially to women. I've worked with many vendors throughout my reno and some were great and others were horrible like APlus. Will probably get a rude comment from the owner as some people just can't believe that they fail sometimes and don't have the customer service knowledge to make good.

Joe and Jesse were the techs, and the work that they did repairing the tensioner, was exceptional and fast, and they did a couple of other things - oiling the springs, and some adjustments, and even offered to program a remote.
