Joe and Jesse were the techs, and the work that they did repairing the tensioner, was exceptional and fast, and they did a couple of other things - oiling the springs, and some adjustments, and even offered to program a remote. I first called A Plus who installed it and the owner was so rude over the phone. constantly interrupting me and condescending There are just some owners that don't know how customer service works, especially to women. I've worked with many vendors throughout my reno and some were great and others were horrible like APlus. Will probably get a rude comment from the owner as some people just can't believe that they fail sometimes and don't have the customer service knowledge to make good.
