Lady at the front desk was very rude & for new appointment I said give me any day but Wednesday and Thursday but again she gave me Thursday appointment for one of my child. She can also pick and choose who she wishes to be nice to or at least appear to be so. I have never seen such unprofessional conduct and the fact that it is been going on for so long without any repercussions regarding Tammy's actions, makes me rethink my whole thoughts on Dr Kelly. His office is currently closed. It closed abruptly. I believe it is a serious situation involving something to do with his license being revoked. Also, for what it's worth Tammy physically assaulted me in the office reach through the little window and hit me on the arm. That was witnessed by my fiance and another patient who is waiting in the waiting area. Dr Kelly did nothing about it except I was dismissed from the practice. Now that he obviously did something majorly wrong, i e. You're office being shut down I broke them without notice I guess karma has a way of coming back to get those who have done wrong to others as we have always known it to be the case. If this office does open again I would extremely urge those who are looking for a new office to look elsewhere. I hope that Tammy is now feeling some misery like she has caused to so many patients that she is chose to treat without respect and blatant with blatant disregard for their concerns etc.

We weren't sure what Highmark PCP would cover, said $15 for PCP but nothing for urgent care. Turns out it was only $15 for the urgent care as well. At the time we came there were only a couple people in the waiting room. We didn't have to wait too long. It was a a pleasant experience and we will continue to go back!

Even with no appointment and a emergency crying kid, I didn't really wait that long, and once I got in, everything moved right along. Definitely 5 stars!

I waited a day then called the office and asked to speak to the PA however, the PA was busy. 30 mins later some unknown person called me and told me the PA said there was no problem. I have been a loyal patient of this office for over 30 years, but after my recent experience, I am…read morebeyond disappointed. As a healthy individual who prefers the convenience of telehealth visits or calling in prescriptions, I was shocked by how rigid, dismissive & business oriented they've become. They outright refused to accommodate my request for a simple tele-visit or prescription refill, instead they wanted to force me to come into the office for the same conversation and medication I've been taking for years. It felt like they cared more about billing for an in-person visit than respecting my time or needs. This level of inflexibility and disregard for patient convenience is unacceptable, especially after decades of loyalty. The whole experience was frustrating and unnecessary, and it has made me seriously question whether this office still values its patients. It's incredibly disappointing to see this kind of treatment after so many years, and I will be reconsidering my options moving forward.

Recently needed a refill and made an appointment with NP, Laura Tabor, as my regular doc has left the practice. When I went in, I expected we would have a conversation about my symptoms, how well I was responding to the medication and the exceptional benefits I was experiencing. Instead, I was told I needed undress and put on a hospital gown for an internal pelvic exam, a breast exam, etc.. When I declined, I was told "they cannot willy nilly write prescriptions" without these invasive examinations. I explained that this was an expense I could not afford, as I do not need a Pap smear and do not have a cervix, fallopian tubes or ovaries, etc. and therefore, have no risk of any of these cancers or STDs. Also had a mammogram the prior week as ordered by my primary doc so a breast exam is also an unnecessary expense. I explained that it's not "willy nilly" because I was in fact in the office having a conversation with a medical professional about my symptoms and can confirm first-hand the advantages and benefits the medication was having on me personally. I explained I was in great health and having no symptoms warranting a need for any physical examination. Further, she could ask me any questions she wanted to assess my situation and confidently be able to renew my prescription. Her response, albeit nicely, was that she could not renew my prescription and that I would have to a) submit to the unnecessary, painful and embarrassing exams, b) stop my medication or c) find a new doctor. I find this to be a form of medical extortion and am very disappointed. Whatever happened to caring, compassionate doctors who want the best outcome for their patients? All I find anymore is medical professionals who only care about upselling and the bottom line. Really sad.
