The entire Paul Davis team was wonderful. From remediation, reconstruction, and back to normal, they all did great work! I was very impressed and pleased. I have expensive dining room furniture that I was particularly concerned about. It, as well as bedroom furniture, had to be carefully moved to different rooms. I can be quite particular, but each guy was careful and attentive to my concerns and listened well to my apprehension regarding packing fragile china, moving the heavy dining furniture, being careful not to scratch it, rehanging a heavy mirror, etc. Thanks to Mike, Ryan, Carter, and Kyle. I was also worried about seams showing when the new ceiling drywall was installed, but Justin did an expert job installing and painting it and the walls. It looks great! The pipe thawed and sent water gushing into our basement two days after installing the furnace. We were SO discouraged! Paul Davis Restoration was fast, professional, and encouraging.
