They clearly used the wrong or harsh cleaning products, and ever since then my oven has been nothing but problems. Before the cleaning, I was not experiencing these issues. To make matters worse, the quality of the cleaning itself was unacceptable. The cleaner washed my dishes, but every single dish was still dirty. I had to rewash them myself because they had food residue and were not properly cleaned. It was obvious that little care or attention was given to the job. I trusted this company to professionally clean my home, but instead I was left with a damaged appliance, dirty dishes, and the expense and inconvenience of repairing or replacing my oven. This was supposed to make my life easier, but it created more work and unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
