The 5 stars are for Ken, the handyman I worked with. He was prompt, courteous, explained everything in a respectful way, cleaned up after himself, and overall did a great job with a tricky drywall repair. I'd rate the company a bit lower. The pluses were that they scheduled quickly, stayed in close touch, and were very pleasant to work with. They are very professional (arrive on time, get right to work, listen carefully about what the problem is) but they are expensive. Since you pay for their time including shopping for items they need, this service is probably best for projects where you can pull together all the materials in advance. We had to call them back due to a bad install of a sliding screen door. The second worker, Alan Tobias, did a good job and did credit us for the first screen that was purchased but was the wrong fit.
